Notes on accommodation: There is marble flooring throughout, air conditioning and heating. Situated on the second floor, the apartment is accessed via lift or stairs, through secure video entry door. Free parking is situated opposite the apartment. This residential block benefits from 24 hour security. Outside: The immaculate gardens include two swimming pools, the larger of which is a salt water pool. The pools are supervised by a lifeguard during peak season, and are child friendly. The pools are private, and for the sole use of residents and guests. Utility Room: There is a large utility cupboard in the kitchen with clothe's dryer, ironing board, iron, broom, etc, etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will be fully cleaned for your arrival with fresh towels and bed linen. For stays over one week duration fresh towels and bed linen will be provided on a weekly basis. Other requests can be considered. Other: A large balcony equipped with 2 tables 6 chairs and cushions

Sehr schön gelegenes und geräumiges Apartment mit nettem Vermieter. Alles prima geklappt. Gerne wieder. Eine Spülmaschine in der Küche wäre das i-Tüpfelchen.

The apartment is situated next to the beach, which benefits from grassed areas, dotted with palm trees, ideal for a picnic,

or enjoying the local beach bars and restaurants. There are ample sun beds and parasols placed along the golden

sands which are cleaned every morning, leaving a smooth carpet for sunbathing.


Malaga airport is 10 mins by car. Taxi fare is approx 20 euros. There are 3 car hire companys 5 minutes walk from the apartment.


Torremolinos centre is a 40 minute walk along the promenade

The Marina is a 10 minute stroll.

To drive or Bus to Malaga is 30 minutes, with the bus stop 5

minutes from the apartment.

The Aqua park is 10 minutes by car.

Tivoli and the Dolphin centre 15 minutes by car.

Further Details:

Shops and supermarkets are 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment, there are also Banks and Internet within this time. The famous La Carihuela Fish restaurants are a 10 minute stroll along the promenade, local restaurants and bars are just 2 minute from the apartment.The hilltop village of Mijas with its well renowned church and bull ring is 40 minutes by car, or 50 minutes by bus. For an aerial view of the whole coast, and a lunch on the highest peak, try the cable car from Tivoli park. There are numerous trips to places like Ronda, Granada,

Gibraltar, the lakes, etc, etc which can all be found at the tourist office 5 minutes from the apartment.
