This exquisitely restored 400 year old finca is located on 25,000 sqm of private hillside property overlooking the rural Sant Agusti valley. Beautifully crafted stone and white adobe walls create an ambiance of comfort, tranquility, and sun-drenched splendor. The cool interiors were designed to meet the practical needs of modern life while using the most noble materials to soothe the senses. Private bedroom suites with direct garden access, sleek spacious bathrooms, outdoor hot showers for maximum poolside comfort, various terraces and lounge areas for sunbathing, dining or sweet siestas... with only fruit and olive trees as witnesses.

Our geodesic YOGA DOME, fully equipped with mats, blocks, bricks, wedges, belts, bolsters, and heavyweight blankets, is available for pre-arranged private classes with a yoga teacher. Once on the property, most people just never feel like leaving. But if you do, walking trails in the area lead to spectacular sunset views over the sea, or a quick trip in the car takes you to the laid-back but full-service St Josep village as well as to many of Ibiza's most beautiful beaches, cafés, restaurants, bars and clubs.

It is important to us that our guests feel that their needs and concerns are being heard, and that communication is always open, transparent, and fluid. We want you to enjoy your new 'home away from home', and to make your arrival, stay, and departure as smooth and pleasant as possible. We are frequent travelers ourselves and know firsthand how "little things" count a long way in making one comfortable and free to enjoy one's holiday...or just the opposite! We know that lighting, the choice of fabrics, the colors and textures and volumes in a home all play a role in one's sense of well-being. We pay attention to detail and comfort but without sacrificing practicality. Our homes are user friendly!

Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

The villa is perfectly located for easy access to the best beaches on the Island which are no more than a 10-15 minute drive away.

Travel:

The airport is 15 mins drive. It is recommended to hire a car in Ibiza. The port in Ibiza town is 20 mins drive from the villa (ferries from Barcelona, Palma and Denia). There is also a ferry service to the smaller sister island Formentera from Ibiza town. The ferry takes around 30 mins and takes you to some of the most stunning beaches in Europe.

Distances:

San Agustin village is 3 minutes away, San Jose and San Antonio are 5 minutes away and Ibiza town 20 minutes.

Further Details:

The pretty village of San Josep (5 mins drive) has a great supermarket with a butchers selling fresh meat and fish. There are 3 banks/cash machines in the village. A great juice bar, a bakery, lots of little cafes and bars plus a pharmacy, and a video store.

Access to the yoga dome is limited exclusively to guests who book private classes with our in-house yoga teacher, and for the duration of class time only.There is easy parking for 4 cars at the villa, and more if you don't mind juggling a bit. We are in the countryside accessible from the main asphalt road by a 5 min drive uphill on a typical Ibicencan "camino" (the dirt roads that are the norm outside of city areas). We are not close to any public transportation. Having a car makes a big difference and is highly recommended for easy movement on the island. Some guests have used taxis, but it is not always easy for taxi drivers to find the villa on their own.
