The space:

The villa, nestled on 25,000 square meters of private land, is a peaceful haven in the hills overlooking the Sant Agusti valley. The air feels pure and clean, and the view of distant peaks piercing through the morning mist is a perfect way to start off your holiday.

We are an official licensed tourist accommodation.

Our hillside property features a centuries-old "finca" lovingly restored with a delightful blend of classical architecture, modern interior design and 21st century conveniences. Beautifully crafted stone and white adobe walls create an ambiance of comfort, tranquility, and sun-drenched splendor.

Meter-deep stone walls that offer the dual comforts of natural temperature control and privacy, high beamed ceilings, and an abundance of light streaming in through floor-to-ceiling retractable glass doors, skylights and windows are all hallmarks of the villa's interiors.

There are seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, an open plan living area with lounge seating, flat screen TV, video and stereo system, large dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen.

The villa's exteriors feature a terraced swimming pool framed by sun beds and extra-large group seating and dining, and numerous shaded outdoor dining areas, terraces, and patios. Natural rock landscaping, beds of fresh herbs, trees bearing fruit, and hammocks dotting the property give guests many options to choose from when in search of a chill zone or a secluded place to reconnect with nature.

Our geodesic yoga dome, fully equipped with mats, blocks, bricks, wedges, belts, bolsters, and heavyweight blankets, is available for pre-arranged private practice.

Once on the property, most people never feel like leaving. But if you do, some of the best beaches on the island are just a 10-15 minute drive away, walking trails in the area lead to spectacular sunset views over the sea, and a 5 min trip in the car takes you to the pretty village of San Josep that has a great supermarket with fresh produce, meat and fish, banks/cash machines, a great outdoor juice bar, bakery, restaurants, tapas cafés, bars, a well-stocked pharmacy, dry cleaners, and boutiques.

Guest access:

The entire villa, pool, and property are for your private exclusive use.

Access to the yoga dome is limited exclusively to guests who arrange for private practice with our designated yoga teacher, and for the duration of class time only.

Interaction with guests:

We provide our guests with a comprehensive Welcome Pack that includes our recommendations for restaurants, bars, and the best beach eateries as well things to do and see on the island. We are easily contacted and highly responsive should you have any concerns while on holiday.

Other things to note:

There is a large capacity washing machine for doing guest laundry, and drying lines and clothespins are provided (the hot sun is rather efficient!).

Each guest is provided with 4 towels (large, medium, and small bath towel + 1 pool towel). Towels and linen are changed once a week.

Three hours of basic cleaning 3 times per week is included at no extra charge.

The villa does not have an outdoor barbecue. Barbecues are now forbidden by local law due to the extreme risk of fire during the summer months.

We are in the countryside accessible from the main asphalt road by a 5 min drive uphill on a typical Ibicencan "camino" (the dirt roads that are the norm outside of city areas). We are not close to any public transportation. Having a car makes a big difference and is highly recommended for easy movement on the island. Some guests have used taxis, but it is not always easy for taxi drivers to find the villa on their own.

Coast/Beach:

The villa is perfectly located for easy access to the best beaches on the Island which are no more than a 10-15 minute drive away.

Travel:

The airport is 15 mins drive. It is recommended to hire a car in Ibiza. The port in Ibiza town is 20 mins drive from the villa (ferries from Barcelona, Palma and Denia). There is also a ferry service to the smaller sister island Formentera from Ibiza town. The ferry takes around 30 mins and takes you to some of the most stunning beaches in Europe.

Distances:

San Agustin village is 3 minutes away, San Jose and San Antonio are 5 minutes away and Ibiza town 20 minutes.
