Comfortable modern apartment with 3 bedrooms giving plenty of scope for all of our family. It is close to the sea. You can walk round the corner and swim and snorkel in beautiful clear water. It is close to all local amenities without being in the middle of town. The Apartment is within walking distance to the Arenal where you can find all local amenities, bars, restaurants, great ice cream shops and a large supermarket stocking everything one is likely to need.

The apartment is located within easy walking distance to the sandy Arenal beach where you will find many beach bars and restaurants.


Javea is midway between Alicante and Valencia - about 90 kms to each. Alicante 1 hour. Valencia 1.5 hours. Car hire recommended to get there but not necessary once at apartment.


The apartment is a short walk to the Arenal area of Javea with sandy beach, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Old Town of Javea is a 5 minute drive -scenic with narrow streets, markets/fiestas and the Port (pleasant walk along sea front) with harbour (fresh fish market in the evenings) marina and bars, restaurants and shops. Denia is a bigger town 20 minutes away - scenic drive via coast route.

Further Details:

Many sporting activities are catered for in the area - Javea Tennis Club is in the Arenal area of Javea, watersports including SCUBA diving via the dive school but great views just snorkeling, cycling - all makes available for hire from a good bike shop at The Port and excellent walking. There are guided walks available and fantastic scenery - the mountains are easily accessible.
