Javea Port and Old Town are a short drive away.The apartment is located within 10 minutes drive to the 18 hole La Sella golf course and the 9 hole Javea golf course.The beautiful beaches of Denia are a 20 min drive away and driving inland you will find the stunning Jalon valley with it's wineries and markets where you can also access fabulous walking in the mountains.There are a number of bike shops offering a selection of services and packages for all standards.

Comfortable modern apartment with 3 bedrooms giving plenty of scope for all of our family.It is close to the sea-you can walk round the corner and swim and snorkle in beautiful clear water-It is close to all local amenities without being in the middle of town-The Arenal has many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes,great ice cream shops and a large supermarket stocking everything one is likely to need.

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is located within easy walking distance to the sandy Arenal beach where you will find many beach bars and restaurants.

Travel:

Javea is midway between Alicante and Valencia - about 90 kms to each. Alicante 1 hour. Valencia 1.5 hours. Car hire recommended to get there but not necessary once at apartment.

Distances:

The apartment is a short walk to the Arenal area of Javea with sandy beach, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The Old Town of Javea is a 5 minute drive -scenic with narrow streets, markets/fiestas and the Port (pleasant walk along sea front) with harbour (fresh fish market in the evenings) marina and bars, restaurants and shops. Denia is a bigger town 20 minutes away - scenic drive via coast route.

Further Details:

Many sporting activities are catered for in the area - Javea Tennis Club is in the Arenal area of Javea, watersports including SCUBA diving via the dive school but great views just snorkeling, cycling - all makes available for hire from a good bike shop at The Port and excellent walking. There are guided walks available and fantastic scenery - the mountains are easily accessible.
