Wonderful Gîte on Normandy!

  • 4 of 5

We had a great 10 days recently Chateau Le Pin in the Gite set within the grounds. I've never stayed in a holiday cottage as accommodating. Our every need seemed to be provided for. No need to rush out and buy laundry detergent, soap, olive oil etc. Our four kids and pug had a wonderful time in the garden, and feeding the horse and donkeys. The property is well positioned in the countryside, but close enough to golf courses, D-Day beaches and beautiful Deauville. Rebecca was extremely welcoming and helpful, I highly recommend.

Christmas 2014

  • 5 of 5

Nine of us stayed at Christmas, family from the UK, Italy and Paris with 4 dogs! We couldn't have had a better Christmas. The house was ideal with its beautiful surroundings and fantastic fireplace. It was so well equipped, everything you could need to start off the holiday. The owners were very welcoming and very helpful. The dogs loved the contained garden and the lovely walks around the park and visiting the horse and 2 donkeys. Also very close for the lovely seaside towns of Deauville, Trouville and Honfleur. We would all absolutely recommend for a holiday and most definitely go back.

Excellent accomodation

  • 5 of 5

Four of us spent a lovely week in this very comfortable house; Rebecca was very welcoming and the house is large, bright & well equipped. The gardens are great for eating out and relaxing, the beds comfortable and the kitchen is very well kitted out for those of us who like to cook. A short drive to Honfleur and other towns on the coast, great pizza to take away in nearby Cormeilles, close enough to drive to Bayeux for lunch and then visit some of the D-Day beaches. A lovely, comfortable house to relax in; the horse and donkeys are great fun, arriving every evening for apples and carrots, Venus the dog is a joy and the barn with ping-pong is a great diversion as well as affording some welcome shade when it's very hot. Highly recommended.
