Luxury top floor (10th floor) apartment with fantastic views. The apartment has a separate bedroom, living/dining area with seating for 4 people, American style kitchen and bathroom. Satellite TV is included with all the usual English channels. Situated in the Minerva complex with its lovely pool and gardens. A ten minute walk up the hill takes you to the small town Arroyo de la Miel where you'll find even more bars and restaurants along with supermarkets and a selection of shops. Stroll down the hill to the beach and promenade which will take you to the lovely marina or even walk a little further again to Carihuela and Torremolinos.

Activity and Interests


Just a ten minute walk away to the beach where there is paragliding, jet skiing and water sports etc available. Boat trips and fishing trips are available from the Marina or indulge in one of the many restaurants.


Malaga airport is a 15/20 minute taxi ride away. Car hire is not essential. Nearest train station is a ten minute walk. The local bus stops right outside Minerva.


Bonanza Square with its many restaurants and bars is just across the road. The award winning Benalmadena Marina and 24 hour square are approx 10-15 minutes walk where you will find bars, restaurants, nightclubs and shops. Arroyo De La Miel and Tivoli World fun park with its amazing rides is located 10 minute walk away. Just a short stroll down the hill from the apartment you will find the wonderful La Paloma Park.

The central location of the complex means you are never far from all amenities. The town of Arroyo de la Miel, Tivoli World Fun Park where you can try thrilling rides or relax by the bars whilst watching one of its many excellent shows. The Teleferico de Benalmadena or cable car will take you to the peak of Mount Calmorro, more than 800m high in about fifteen minutes, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the most exceptional views on the Costa del Sol, exhibition of birds of prey and Spanish dressage exhibitions. Try a visit to the ice skating rink in the village to cool off and a swim in the indoor pool. Within walking distance are the railway station, supermarkets, banks, tourist information office, post office, pubs and restaurants,mobility rental, launderette and internet cafe. Across the road from the complex is Bonanza Square with its many restaurants, bars and cafes. La Paloma Park and the Selwo Dolphin Park are a ten minute stroll down the road.and the nearest golf course and the casino are 2km away. Take a bus ride to the lovely mountain villages of Benalmadena Pueblo and Mijas approximately 25 minutes away or even a train to Fuengirola. Locally run coach trips will take you on a tour of Malaga centre or as far as a day in Gibralter. Try some scenic tours in Ronda or visit the beautiful lakes at the Parque de Ardales.

Booking Notes:
No more than 2adults/2children should reside in the apartment during rental period. A 25% non-refundable deposit and completed booking form is required to secure booking,this must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of final balance due 10weeks before start date. A security deposit of £150 is also required to cover any damage/breakages/excess cleaning/loss of keys. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of vacating apartment subject to satisfactory property inspection.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day can be flexible especially in the winter months. Please contact the owner to enquire. The arrival time is from 3pm and departure must be before 10.30am.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Prices may be subject to change at owner's discretion.
Discount may be given for bookings of 3 weeks or more during the winter. minimum rental period 7 days.
Non refundable deposit of 25% of the total rate and completed booking form is required within 5 days to secure the booking, this must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance due ten weeks prior to the holiday date.

  • Notes on accommodation: Strictly no smoking within the apartment. Hot/cold air-conditioning units in the bedroom and living room are run by a meter system at a cost of 1 euro for tthree hours. No more than 2 adults or 2 adults/2children to occupy apartment at one time. We welcome couples (sorry over 30's only), mature persons and families with well behaved children. No male/female groups, hen/stag parties. No pets. We reserve the right to refuse access/remove any persons who do not adhere to our requests. Outside: West facing balcony with views over the lovely communal pool and gardens, Paloma park, the coastline towards Fuengirola and the mountains. The balcony is furnished with a glass topped table and wicker patio chairs.There are well kept gardens surrounding the pool and sunbeds are provided (charged locally). The pool is fully open in high season with lifeguards. During mid/ low season the swimming pool maybe partially open with no lifeguards.The pool bar is open during high season (usually May to October). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and bath towels are provided but not beach/pool towels. Apartment will be cleaned on your departure. Please note - if necessary we will apply an extra cleaning charge.
