Villa in La Manga Club, Costa Calida, Spain - Peaceful, Modern, Air-Conditioned within walking distance of Club facilities FREE WiFI

Beautiful villa in prime position in El Rancho with outstanding, full panoramic, sea and south golf course views. Set in mature, landscaped gardens our villa has private rear steps to the gardens and pools with Pool 8 10 yards and Pool 9 35 yards from the rear of the villa, both pools have children's paddling pools, parasols and

sun beds. There is a grassed area between the pools, ideal for children to play.

The villa is spacious, light, airy and peaceful, fully UPVC

double glazed, fully air-cond. in summer and

heated in winter, with additional Newlec radiators and a gas fire. It is very tastefully

furnished and extensively equipped.

During the spring 2017 the villa was updated, refurbished and redecorated throughout.

New interior Porcelanosa floor tiles were laid and the rear terrace, bench seating and steps up to the roof terrace had new non-slip Porcelanosa tiles.

The rear terrace is a superb dining/sunbathing area and has a built in BBQ. It has a large dining table, 8 chairs with cushions, a large parasol, bench seating and sun beds. The wonderful view of the Mar Menor and South golf course is enjoyed from the rear and roof terraces, the living room, master bedroom and bedroom 2.

The front terrace has an awning, table, chairs and cushions and makes a perfect alternative for outdoor dining. It has bougainvilleas, geranium pots, a fig tree and a pretty rockery garden.

There are double doors from the open plan, extended living/dining room to all terraces. The living room has a new wall mounted 48" Digital TV/Sky with all sports channels and a new DVD recorder, four seater leather sofa, leather recliner chairs, scatter cushions and a coffee table.

The kitchen is ultra modern, with a large archway through to the dining table.

The Master bedroom has been extended with a large alcove for a cot/Z bed and has a light dividing curtain. There is a computer desk and chair in the alcove. The bedroom has a wall mounted 39" Digital TV/Sky with all channels and a new DVD player.

Safe provided £20 per week.

We provide Free WiFi + a WiFi booster for quick down loading throughout the villa and on all terraces.

After many happy holidays in El Rancho, we purchased this villa in June 2012, as it is situated in a prime location & within walking distance of club amenities. The panoramic views of the Mar Menor & south golf course are magnificent & the villa is ideal for singles, couples & families.

During the past years, we have made several major improvements, both to the inside & outside of the villa & can now assure our friends & rental guests of all home comforts & everything a family could wish for.

We very much hope that everyone who stays with us will enjoy a wonderful holiday & return to us again.

Fabulous, spacious, well-equipped and well-situated accommodation.

We loved the villa from the moment we arrived. The layout was excellent and at no time did we feel like we were living 'on top of' the other family who we were sharing with.

The property had a good location within the resort and position in terms of the views and sun.

The facilities within the property were first-class. The Sky channels and WIFI were particular hits!

All in all I cannot recommend the villa enough.

Amazing villa in La Manga Club!!

My family and I stayed in Kate's villa for the first time 2 weeks ago. The villa itself was amazing, extremely well equipped and all appliances were of top standard. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and airy and there was more than enough room for a family of 8. We were even provided with baby gate/high chair and travel cot for our 1 yr. old granddaughter. There was also everything you could wish for in pool toyds, surf boards, picnic baskets etc.

Kate's information and advice were excellent as were the directions from Alicante airport to the villa. We didn't go wrong!!!!

All of this plus the facilities of La Manga Club led to a very memorable holiday for my family and one that we are hoping to return to next year.

Fantastic location, views and accomodation!

Had a fantastic holiday at El Racho 46. The villa was lovely and well equipt for a two week stay. It was such a luxury to have a huge master bedroom and en suite! The villa location is brilliant too, steps down to two lovely pools and short 10 mins walk to Bellaluz Square for small supermarket, various restaurants and evening entertainment. La Manga club resort is a great family destination and we certainly had lots to do there and the surrounding area. The villa itself was spotless and cleaning staff and Alison Sayers very helpful. Great communication from Owner Kate. A very relaxing holiday enjoyed by us all.

A very comfortable villa in an excellent position

We went as a family of 7 with two small children. The shared pool was wonderful for them as they made friends with other children! We really enjoyed our stay at La Manga and the owner, Kate, could not have been more helpful - even getting her friends to try and track down Cheerios breakfast cereal for the children! We would all recommend a stay at this lovely villa.

Just Perfect

This was our first visit to La Manga and we had a fabulous holiday. I cannot thank Kate the owner of this villa enough, she was extremely helpful and has thought of everything. The villa is lovely and is in a beautiful location, within walking distance of the golf courses and tennis courts. We will definitely be back and our 12 year old son is very much looking forward to playing tennis there again too.

Fantastic time, didn't want to leave.

As a family group of a 1 year old, 4 year old, parents and grandparents, the villa, resort, amenities, weather and location meant we all had a great 2 week holiday.

The shared pools were just a few steps down from the house, the villa had lots of inflatables and other toys for the kids to use. Walking distance to small supermarket, restaurants and bars although I do recommend a trip to the English butchers and bigger Carrefour supermarket. TV was great for sports, South course was a great course to play, views from the balcony at meal times were fantastic. Bottom line it was a great holiday for all of us and the villa was exactly as described, if not better. Steve & family June 2016.

La Manga is well served by beaches. The nearest, La Cala, is located just behind El Rancho. It is only a 5 min. drive or a 20 min. walk from our villa. It is a pretty, small, beach cove with sunbeds, parasols & an excellent fish restaurant.

Mar de Cristal is a 10 min. drive and has the calm, waters of the Mar Menor providing safe bathing for children. Other local beaches offer water sport activities and there are various sailing centres along the Costa Calida.

Calblanque National Park has a beautiful beach and is within 10 mins. driving distance from La Manga Club.

There is a pretty Marina with excellent sea food restaurants and a Scuba Diving Centre in Cabo de Palos, only 10 min.drive from La Manga Club.

The Port and Roman Theatre & Museum in Cartagena are certainly a must for sight sightseers.

Travel:

Murcia San Javier (MJV) airport is approx. 25 mins. drive from the villa. Alicante (ALC) airport is approx. 1 hour 15 mins.drive from the villa. Directions will be provided with Confirmation of Booking email.

The villa is conveniently located for easy walking to many of the shops, restaurants, banks and resort activities. The pretty Bellaluz square is only 7 mins. walk away. Here there are attractive bars, a bistro, supermarket, pharmacy and shops. Also nearby, within walking distance is the Medical Centre/Drs. & a Help/Communications' centre.
