Outside: 800 square meters of private mature garden set on slope with use of BBQ. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided (Except for cot, bring own linen), but please bring your own beach towels. The villa is cleaned and linen changed before and after your stay, but mid term cleaning and linen change can be arranged for a additional fee.

Lovely Apartment in a Tranquil Setting

We're a family of 2 adults and 3 kids (under 12) and had a really enjoyable stay at this apartment in Aug 2014.

The apartment has three decent sized bedrooms, a newly fitted kitchen and a good sized living area opening onto a really generous balcony with views stretching out towards the nearby seaside towns of San Antoni and Palamos and the adjoining village of Calonge.

The apartment is one of only 3 in its building and is set in a very tranquil (and pretty up-market) residential neighbourhood.

It has its own mini swimming pool which is great for cooling off after a day at the beach. It also has a purpose built barbecue area which we used a lot for char-grilling the local seafood produce available at the nearby Suma supermarket.

We parked our rental car out on the road and had no concerns about security etc.

Our experience warrants a five star rating. Don't expect "bling" but expect reasonable space, comfort, tranquility and convenience to a host of local amenities including some magnificent beaches!

25% deposit required on booking, the balance to be paid 4 weeks before rental period (property reserved for 5 days whilst payment is made), or if booking later full payment required. A returnable deposit (returned 2 weeks after rental departure date) of €100 for any damage/extra cleaning. Equivalent payment in Euros accepted. Cancellation: Over 8 weeks prior to rental,deposit refunded less €50 cancellation charge. Within 8 weeks of rental, rent refunded, if re-let, less €50 cancellation charge.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday, guests may enter the property after 3.00pm and leave by 10.00am on the day of departure.For alternative arrangements please enquire.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the apartment per week in £ Pounds Sterling but can be paid for in € Euros. Short breaks only in low/mid seasons are 2/3 thirds full week prices for 3 day weekend stay (Fri to Monday) or 4 day mid week stay (Monday to Friday).Exchange rate for Euro as at 20/06/2014 £1 = €1.40
