Apartment in Port de Pollenca, near to Pine Walk, North Mallorca, Balearic Islands - Quiet, Yet Less Than 200m From Pine Walk Beach Front, Shops & The Main Square, A Short Walk.

Our recently built luxury apartment block is in a secluded location with ample free parking, all within minutes walk to the renowned Pine Walk beach area and local shops with numerous excellent restaurants. The mountains at the rear and the well known 'Boquer Valley' walk are very popular, but there are numerous walks and features in this extremely well known area. We have brochures with recommendations for entertainment, restaurants and exciting days out! Air-conditioning is installed throughout, all fittings and fixtures of high quality and regularly maintained. If flying from the UK you can be enjoying a drink in our comfortable apartment in less than 4 hours! With 3 balconies to choose from & a huge private roof terrace, the only question is; which view do you prefer? Two excellent restaurants are at the bottom of our road, which leads to the Pine Walk with many shops & restaurants lining the fabulous beach front esplanade.

The main square & many other attractions are all within easy walking distance, and in the other direction the Boquer Valley entices numerous walkers and bird watchers - but don't go in the heat of the day! The attractive bay is huge but safe and a trip around the bay on Tudor Dawn a memorable treat, inspecting remote coves and snorkelling. About the Owner

We were impressed by the perfect location of our apartment when we bought it and have equipped it to provide the conveniences we desire. As we spend a lot of time there, meeting up with friends we have made over the years, it needed to be furnished tastefully, which according to our guests, it is.

With the bay a few minutes walk, and the Boquer Valley to the back, the position is ideal for families and walkers. Photo's don't do it justice, but we do try and provide as much information for our guests as possible.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

We have just enjoyed a fabulous 10 night stay at Johns wonderful apartment - our only complaint - it wasn't long enough! The apartment was absolutely immaculate when we arrived and was equipped with everything we could want. We travelled with our 2 young daughters and grandparents and the layout worked perfectly for us. The girls loved the pool and the beach which is only 5 minutes away. The location of the apartment is ideal to enjoy the very best of what Puerto Pollensa has to offer. It is a beautiful resort, we can't wait to come back and we'll definitely look forward to staying in this lovely apartment again.

Fantastic apartment

We had a great holiday at this appartment last week.We are a family of five, which includes two teenagers and grandma,There was plenty of room for us all with great facilities.The pool was lovely,but we enjoyed going to the beach which was only a five minutes away.The location is so handy for all the lovely restaurants and shops.John the owner was so helpful and quick to respond to any enquiries.Hope to come back one day

Wonderful apartment for all the family

Cant wait to go back! The most fabulous apartment with an amazing roof terrace with proper brick built bbq! We had the most wonderful holiday here, the apartment itself is fabulous, 3 bathrooms, one almost separate apartment and of course the gorgeous pool. Lovely sandy beaches, bars and restaurants only minutes away, wouldn't hesitate to go back, this part of Majorca is a treasure.

The holiday with something for everyone.

Just spent four and a half weeks at John and Jo's wonderful apartment. We booked it for the two of us and had friends and family visit. When friends were there we had breakfast, sometimes lunch and often BBQs on the fantastic roof terrace. The views from there are fantastic. Look one way out towards the town and the boats On the sea and the other way towards the mountains. There are some lovely walks directly from the apartment and for the foodies amongst us some great restaurants to cater for all tastes and budgets. We never had a poor meal out. When our son, partner and grandson arrived the dynamics changed but it was equally enjoyable. The pool is perfect for little ones and bigger ones alike! The sea and lovely safe sandy beaches are 150 yards away as are the small local supermarkets for the lovely French bread for breakfast.

There was plenty of space for everyone, we didn't feel on top of each other as the main bedroom has a seating area attached to it with TV etc.

My husband is a triathlete and he thoroughly enjoyed the cycling, running and, of course,the swimming in the sea as well as in the big indoor local pool, which was never busy.

I couldn't recommend john and Jo's apartment highly enough. So glad we stayed there.

Another perfect holiday!

Having used Owners Direct for many, many years I feel I have become quite expert at finding places which owners feel proud of and want you to enjoy as they do, rather than just to generate an income - John and Jose are clearly in the former bracket. Their apartment is a well loved home with everything thoughtfully provided for us to settle in quickly and become a 'local' from day one. The location is perfect - just away from the busy areas but everything you need is a short walk away - the beach, the Pine Walk, a panaderia and restaurants (including an old established family Majorcan restaurant, the Coral Bar, at the end of the road!). For us, visiting in the heat of the summer, an important point was the 3 balconies, each with a different view and aspect, which meant there was at least one shady one throughout the day. Also, it was easy to catch the breeze that blows during the hottest part of the day - something which I don't think can be said for many other apartments. When the sun sinks behind the mountain the roof terrace comes into its own as a place for a peaceful dinner with spectacular views. All in all, a perfect location in its own right and a great base to explore this part of Mallorca from (and there is lots to see!).

Two Week Holiday

Well equipped expansive 3 Bed property with great views from all sides. Very roomy, fantastic for family of five. Close to all amenities but quiet location. Would go back

A wonderful, safe bay with clear water, numerous excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, and a good base for any of the many activities available.

Distances:

Old town of Pollenca about 7kms away (well worth the visit).

Alcudia old town about 8kms, and the port another 2kms, both worth visiting.

The spectacular views from our private roof terrace, and ideally situated balconies, where you can enjoy the sun, or shade depending on your mood. We often have pre dinner drinks seated on the balcony, watching the world go by before walking to one of the many excellent restaurants. Returning, we may enjoy coffee and a nightcap from a balcony or the roof terrace. Incredible!
