This 1,200 m2 17th century property has been completely restored, and refurbished recently. It has been decorated with a modern and minimalistic style, and has antique features dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. Very comfortable (fully air-conditioned, excellent bedding, modern bathrooms and kitchens).

Separate fully equipped penthouse with 2 extra bedrooms, so the house may be rented as a 6 bedroom property. In the midst of a UNESCO World Heritage site ("la Sierra de Tramuntana").

Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion (we can recommend very qualified event organizers to you). Private cooking and catering can be arranged to make your stay a more relaxed one. Several parking places. Utility Room: Washing machine and dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linens included. Daily cleaning in high season; mid-week cleaning in low season. Other: The house has a restored 'Tafona' (the antique oil mill); now a large sitting room and dinning area. The 5th bedroom is just above, also with its own sitting room and private entry; wheelchair friendly room. Ancient rooms: chapel, flour mill, wine cellar.
