Fantastic opportunity to rent this three bedroom villa in the most sought after area of Lagos behind the 4km long Meia Praia Beach. The villa is on a quiet residential road nestled on a hill in a picturesque and established area. The accommodation is situated over two levels with a roof terrace and balcony that has panoramic views of the Monchique Mountains. The private pool can be accessed from the living room and kitchen with plenty of covered and uncovered terrace areas for relaxing and sunbathing. In addition the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens. The villa has been furnished with great care and to a very high standard by utilising a local interior designer. Spacious open plan living area and dining room, well equipped Siemens kitchen and free wireless internet access. Master bedroom with King Size bed, second bedroom with twin beds and third bedroom also with twin beds. Aqua-parks, championship golf courses, and fantastic beaches all in easy reach.

excellent villa with magnificent views.

We stayed at this villa with two friends ( 4 adults total) we had a lovely time, the villa is equiped with all you could need, is modern & in excellent order. The villa is a 5 minute drive to Lagos centre where there are lots of restaurants. The views from the garden are lovely out towards monchique. Wish we had stayed longer. Car hire is necessary to get around to see the lovely coast and beaches. Would definitely return.

A relaxing setting

Villa came up to expectations and beyond. Very relaxing setting, beautiful views over the countryside to Monchique.

The villa was very well maintained by the attentive owners, everything was of the highest quality. Car essential as villa is situated in a rural residential area. Nice pool and bbq area and ample outside furniture. We look forward to returning.

The beautiful golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is just a 10 min walk away, this vast expanse of sand wraps itself around one of the biggest bays in Europe. The wide bay offers protection from rough seas, which makes this long beach of soft, white sand particularly popular with families. Meia Praia is dotted with snack bars and restaurants. Beach sports available include water skiing, paragliding, sailing and volleyball.


Lagos is situated approximately 70km/50 minutes from Faro Airport.(All Motorway) Where there are various car rental companies.

Lagos Marina is a mere 3 minute drive away and has a supermarket, bars, restaurants, ATMs. The town of Lagos is only a 5 minute drive away and has banks, a daily fresh fish market, artisan shops with pottery and clothing bargains and many small craft shops. The historic old town is steeped in over a thousand years tradition. Jugglers, craft markets and artists are common in the cobbled streets. The pedestrianisation of the town centre has been a major success and the town is very lively in the evenings. With its winding streets, it retains an old world Portuguese charm and relaxing atmosphere. The choice of cafes, restaurants and shopping is excellent. At night, Lagos comes alive with open air stalls and street performers.

  • Notes on accommodation: This property is ideal for both couples and children. We really have tried to think of everything you could wish for in a holiday home for adults and children. There is a Graco travel cot suitable for babies. Outside: The property is accessed via gates and is totally enclosed by a stone wall so is very secure for young children. On entering the gates there is a cobbled footpath leading through the landscaped gardens to the front door. The outside terrace can be accessed from both kitchen and living area and both lead onto the pool with loungers and sun shades and built in barbecue for your use. From the pool area there is fantastic unspoilt views over the Monchique mountain range. At the front of the property you can access the beautifully landscaped gardens with palm and olive trees among the many plants and trees. Utility Room: Located in the basement of the property with washing machine and ironing board. There are also further sunshades if required and hoover, broom etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bath towels and linen are included. Maid will clean and restock linen after 7 days if stay is for a longer period. Other: Hallway with alarm controls at entrance. The outside terrace has been furnished with high quality furniture consisting of outside dining table, chairs and loungers. There is also a private secluded sun terrace on the 1st floor.
