The main beach of Santa Maria with its stunning miles and miles of white sand is situated just a few minutes walk from Porto Antigo 1.
The small colourful town of Santa Maria is located within a few minutes walk - here there are many fine restaurants, bars and shop.
John and I first visited Sal in 2005 with the intention of buying a home in the sun. As property developers in the UK we know how important location is when deciding where to buy. As a recently retired Ward Sister we are now able to spend more time in Sal and John can continue his passion for kite surfing, whilst I can soak up the sun.
Beverley Hall purchased this apartment in 2005
We looked at many different developments but it was Porto Antigo that we fell in love with; we didnt find any other development which offered such a picturesque front line setting. The pool is a good size and is surrounded by well maintained gardens.
Our properties are situated on the ground floor within a stones throw of the pool and beach.
