Apartment near Burriana Beach, Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain - This Lovely Apartment in a Quiet, Well Kept Complex, 5 Mins from Nerja's Best Beach

Perfect for both couples and families. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, including wifi, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room with separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The complex is close to the supermarkets (less than 5 min by car) and some local shops. It is approx 400 meters up from Nerja's best beach (Burriana) and is a 15 min walk into the lovely old andalusian town with its cosmopolitan blend of restaurants, shops and bars. The patio doors lead to a sunny terrace with large awnings to provide shade when eating alfresco. Linen and towels are provided. All rooms have powerful ceiling fans for your comfort. There is a good sized swimming pool on site and the apartment has secure garaged parking.

Fabulous Property!

Couldnt have asked for better. From the moment i booked to when we travelled Anne was on hand for any advice. Apartment was beautiful and had everything you needed for your holiday.It was absolutely spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Lovely terrace with sea view-perfect for breakfast and sitting out in evening. Really felt like 5 star. Very well situated-10 min walk down hill to beach. Also bus 10 mins up hill which goes into town. Loved it and Nerja lovely place. My son got married during our time there so will always hold lovely memories. Thank you for letting us stay and being so helpful! Highly recommend!

Lovely spacious apartment, a home from home

A really lovely apartment well located in Nerja. After a week sightseeing in Cadiz & Seville it was bliss arriving here to relax for a week. Perfectly located for Burriana and the old town, as well as a splattering of restaurants and supermarkets in between. It's great having the pool close by and the private balcony space too. The complex is very well maintained and other people were very friendly.

Booking was easy from start to end, Anne gave us all the details needed well ahead of time so that we could just relax in to the holiday. Great communication and booking process.

Thanks for a lovely stay, we'd certainly recommend to others.

We have been to Nerja many times over the last 25 years and I've got to say this aprtment is one of the best we have stayed in! Beautifully clean and well appointed with everything you would need...and one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in away from home. Lovely terrace with views of the sea and the mountains. 30 second walk to the pool/terrace which again was very clean. Underground parking comes with this apartment which is a huge bonus for anyone with a car in Nerja as it can get really busy peak season. If walking not too far to the beach. Thanks to Anne too who made the whole experience of booking / advice etc stress free. Will definitly be booking again.

Great apartment, great location - perfect!

Well equipped immaculate apartment with lovely balcony to soak up the evening sun with a glass of wine. Everything you need to hand, well maintained and quiet neighbourhood, very peaceful but within a 10 minute walk of the great beachfront and facilities. Lovely holiday destination, would definitely go again, great restaurants very close by - what more could you need !

Lovely apartment - great location!

Myself and a group of girlfriends stayed in Anne's apartment in early June as part of a mini-break to Nerja. The apartment is in a lovely location - just a short walk to Burriana beach with all it's amenities and restaurants/bars - it was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped for all you will need for a self-catering break. The welcome-pack was gratefully received, especially as we arrived late in the evening. Thank you!

Lovely apartment in quiet area of Nerja

Myself, my husband and three children thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely and well equipped apartment. The directions provided were easy to follow and even though we arrived late in the evening we managed to find it without issue. The owner Anne is lovely and very accommodating. There was a welcome pack with wine waiting on arrival which was much appreciated. A travel cot was provided for my youngest with bedding included which was great. We hired a car and were glad we did. Even though the apartment is not far from either beach or Nerja town, there are a couple of really steep hills which would have made it difficult to manage with young children. We mostly parked on the main road outside the apartment complex but there is a car space provided in the underground car park. We had hired quite a large car and found it a little tricky to manoeuvre it into the space. The complex is very well kept and everything is spotless. The children really enjoyed the pool and we availed of it every day. All days with the exception of one, we had it to ourselves. The weather wasn't too hot (averaged 20 to 21 degrees) which made it very comfortable, especially at night. We loved to sit out on the veranda in the evening. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. Mostly suited to families and retired couples from what we could see when we were there. Would love to return someday and would definitely stay in this apartment again without hesitation.

Location

From the Owner

We chose to buy our apartment in Nerja because we had holidayed here for many years with our two boys and just loved everything about it. We didn't want to buy an apartment on one of the larger complexes in Nerja so chose Aljamar because it is small, tranquil and beautifully maintained. We still love to sit on the terrace watching the sun go down while sipping a glass or two of Rioja.

Travel:

Nerja is conveniently situated approximately 45 minutes from Malaga Airport along the N340 coastal highway. It is about 90 minutes from Granada airport. Although car hire is not essential it is recommended. There are lots of lovely towns and villages to explore along the coast and in the mountains not to mention the fascinating city of Granada.

Further Details:

This well established resort has managed to escape the high rise development and neon lights of so many along the Costa del Sol. The old quarter of the town has preserved the traditional style of Andalusian village with an international blend of restaurants, shops and bars. Nerja offers a wide range of activities including tennis, sailing, water sports including scuba diving and horse riding. Nerja is also a favourite with walkers who can enjoy many coastal walks or venture into the Sierra Almijara mountain range directly inland from the town.

The Cuevas de Nerja is a major attraction and well worth visiting. Nearby is the attractive village of Frigiliana with its narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. Further afield is the fascinating city of Granada and its famous Alhambra Palace.
