Notes on accommodation: The house has full central heating, Outside: The large south facing paved patio area catching the afternoon and evening sun it has table chairs and BBQ. The garden area is private and safe for children and pets, there is also a games room with table tennis, fusbal, pool table and dartboard, there is ample secure storage for bicycles walking gear etc. Parking for up to 4 cars. Utility Room: Fully fitted units including washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and hand towels are included in the price, bath towels can be hired.

Luxury accommodation/fantastic location

Have just returned from a weeks stay in the Paddock. Had a fantastic time.

The house itself is stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. The house is very large, has a great layout and is immaculately clean. Having a games room is a great addition.

The area is lovely, very scenic location with the advantage of having the local amenities and quaint town centre within a short drive.

The location is perfect, both for spending time at the coast (the beaches are fantastic and clean) or for travelling to the numerous border towns or further afield.

The owner was very helpful and accommodating.

I have stayed at numerous holiday homes throughout the UK but none of them could compete with the Paddock.

I would certainly recommend the Paddock and hopefully we will be returning soon.

lovely house fantastic area

However this property was advertised as having a hot tub & we were very disappointed there wasnt one. I would not have booked this property if i had known this.

A Must for UK holiday Site

Lovely property with beautiful scenery,fantastic customer services from owner John Hutchinson. Very helpful and polite. Our whole group loved the stay as well as the lovely attractions around the area like the beautiful beaches. Only wish had booked for longer as it was a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Very clean property and only downside is that the pictures online do not give justice to the property that has been very well maintained by the Owner. thanks John will definately be booking again soon.

Lovely big secluded house

Lovely stay with a group of friends over a weekend. The house is huge and finished to a very high standard, more so than the photos suggest.

Changeover Day:
Saturday in high season ,but short breaks available in low season so changeover can then be flexible.
The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
As Xmas and New Year fall midweek changeover day will be flexible.
Discounts may be available for small parties. (Low season)
