Less than 150m from a beautiful, sandy beach. Brand new front line apartment in the centre of Olhos d'Agua overlooking village and beach. Close to friendly bars, restaurants and shops. All amenities within easy walking distance. There is a picturesque walk down to the beach via steps, or a lift will take a more leisurely journey to street/sea front level - a bonus for wheelchair users or pushchairs. Air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, sleeps up to 6. Ground floor access to apartment and lift access to beach and swimming pool. Living room and kitchen have patio doors leading onto our balcony with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Notes on accommodation: There is an unheated communal pool with large sun terrace area with excellent views over the beach and the sea. If you are lucky, you may be able to see a school of dolphins out at sea. You can see all the older properties that line the road down to the beach, the church and the lighthouse. To the left along the coastline, you will be able to see the 'whiteness' of Vilamoura's buildings and further than that, Faro. At night you will be able to see the lights of the fishing boats out at sea. The beaches are cleaned daily. Explore the cliffs and caves at low tide. Outside: The living room and kitchen both have patio doors leading onto our 27sq.m balcony with table and 6 chairs for outdoor dining and recliners for relaxing. There is room for clothes drying/airing. Balcony has sea views. Lift access to garage and to pool area and to village/beach. Two secure underground parking spaces available on request. Sun-loungers and parasols are provided around the pool area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property is cleaned once a week along with towels and linen. Essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, cleaning equipment, toilet roll are available. Overlooking the lovely sandy beach at Olhos d'Agua literally a stones throw away. Also easily reached on foot - Praia da Maria Luisa and Praia da Falesia - this is a beautiful long beach back dropped by orange-red sandstone cliffs which is uncrowded even during the peak Summer periods and stretches all the way to Vilamoura.


Apartment approx 25 minutes from Faro Airport. We can arrange taxi transfers and also recommend a car rental company. Car hire is not essential as beach, shops, large selection of restaurants all within a few minutes walk.


4km Albufeira/Oura (The Strip) - shopping, nightlife, bars/clubs, Bullfighting. 8km Vilamoura - 5 golf courses, marina, restaurants. 12km Albufeira Shopping Village - massive selection of shops, restaurants and cinema. Waterslide Parks, Zoomarine - all a short drive away.

Further Details:

Along the beachfront there are some excellent restaurants renowned for their great seafood (you must experience the food from O Caixote and La Cigale) and through the rest of the village you will find restaurants and bars to cater for your every taste. (Traditional Portuguese, Italian, Indian and Chinese). Also within a short walk from the apartment you will find 2 supermarkets, a post office, bank, pharmacy and a wine store.
