Large penthouse one bedroom apartment, with golf and sea views. Huge balconies, with the main South facing, and the other overlooking the swimming pool. Jacuzzi bath, large living area with hatch connecting the kitchen and dining area.

Fully equipped kitchen and in ceiling air-conditioning installed throughout. Surrounded by the great golf courses of Vilamoura, and next to the newly built 5* hotel.

Also within easy distance to the marina centre and the beaches of Vilamoura (approx 3km). The equestrian centre is just a few metres away, as are the Victoria and Millennium golf Club houses. Close to bus stop for local EVA bus service running between Faro and Albufeira.

We do also have WiFi in the apartment.

About Stephen

Myself and my wife bought this apartment because the views from the balcony are just unbeatable. Looking straight across the golf course (not that we're golfers!) to the marina and the sea is something rare and we had not managed to find it before. At night the sunset is just breath taking. As the property was for our own use as much as rental we decided to put in good quality furniture throughout so we wouldn't feel that it was cheapened in any way. The walk to the marina and the beach is great, especially now they have finished all the landscaping along the main avenue, although the back road is much quicker (approx. 10 mins +/-). We would love to spend more time there, however we cannot, so we hope that you can enjoy it for us! If you have any questions please ask.

Why Stephen chose Loule region

Vilamoura has always been a place we love. The marina is simply fantastic with all the little bars and restaurants. Sadly my wife enjoys the boutique shopping as well, which is the only draw back! Everything you need is within shooting distance and the airport is just a 10 minute drive away. We like to have a car as we do wherever we go, to remain independent, and with kids it's easier to be able to throw everything in the car than clamber around with bags full of things! We wanted to be just far away that we didn't get over run with tourists, but close enough to everything that we didn't feel isolated. Apparently the new 5* Tivoli hotel felt the same way we did.

What makes this apartment unique

Quite simply the views from the 100m2 terrace is something other properties do not have, I know I've looked many, many times. Oh and if the sun is too much, there's another 50sq.m over looking the pool that you can use to get some shade!

Drying facilities Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh towels and linen are provided on arrival. Additional maid services can be provided on request and at a cost. Other: The large South facing terrace has ample space for eating for all guests, and loungers and chairs for relaxing on, reading a book or watching the sunset. Beautiful view of the sunset. Second terrace overlooking pool offers more shade if required.

Fantastic modern ideally located penthouse near Vilamoura.

Top floor penthouse, modern & stylishly furnished, convenient for the golf courses, beaches, Vilamoura marina and inland access. We stayed at Stephen's apartment in April and had a fabulous week due in the most part to the comfort and convenience of the complex. From here you can access the main coastal route easily, the town is only a 10 minute drive away, the lovely inland villages perhaps 20 minutes, and the motorway 10 minutes. The complex is very clean and modern, quiet (in April), spacious, sunny (capturing the morning sun for breakfast and evening sun for 'wine o'clock'), with the added advantage of underground parking and a swimming pool. The apartment itself is scrupulously clean, modern, providing all the conveniences and has so much space due to the layout. Stephen has provided all you could need with very clear and helpful instructions for arriving and staying. We loved the views, the peace, the privacy and the house martins (making their nests). Would definitely recommend it and hopefully will be going again.

Great Holiday

We stayed here in October and absolutely loved it. The apartment was even better than we anticipated and had everything we could possibly need. Stephen was on hand if we needed him (not that we did). The resort itself is beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here, we had a fantastic holiday.

Nous avons passés quelques jours dans cet appartement et comptons bien y retourner. .très bien situé, avec une superbe vue sur le golf de vilamoura. .coin calme , reposant, l'appartement est très bien équipé, c'est hyper propre!, nous avons adoré la piscine. ..et proche des restaurants et autres de vilamoura!.d'ailleurs .merci à Stephen le propriétaire vraiment très sympa. .Adresse à retenir ! ..

Fantástico Apartamento em Vilamoura

Adorei as ferias passadas neste apartamento, que se encontra totalmente equipado. Acolhedor faz-nos esquecer que estamos longe de casa. Os pequenos almoços foram passados na maravilhosa varanda com vista sobre um dos mais prestigiados campos de golfe da Europa, aliado a este factor, está a piscina, o silêncio que se pretende obter em tempo de férias, mas ainda assim a escassos minutos de todos os restaurantes e lojas que a Marina de Vilamoura tem para oferecer...e praia...muita praia.

Relativamente à limpeza, nada a apontar, serviço de excelência...e o welcome pack solicitado estáva divinal. Recomendo e da minha parte vou repetir.

We couldn't recommend Stephen's apartment highly enough - large, airy, beautifully furnished accommodation with two massive balconies, within a delightful complex .....the underground parking was a treat too! And a huge thanks to Stephen for taking our call on arrival at almost midnight and assisting us wt finding the apt in the dark.....first class service! The gift basket filled with goodies on arrival was also a lovely surprise...We will most definitely be back!
