Large penthouse one bedroom apartment, with golf and sea views. Huge balconies, with the main South facing, and the other overlooking the swimming pool. Jacuzzi bath, large living area with hatch connecting the kitchen and dining area.

Fully equipped kitchen and in ceiling air-conditioning installed throughout. Surrounded by the great golf courses of Vilamoura, and next to the newly built 5* hotel.

Also within easy distance to the marina centre and the beaches of Vilamoura (approx 3km). The equestrian centre is just a few metres away, as are the Victoria and Millennium golf Club houses. Close to bus stop for local EVA bus service running between Faro and Albufeira.

We do also have WiFi in the apartment.

About Stephen

Myself and my wife bought this apartment because the views from the balcony are just unbeatable. Looking straight across the golf course (not that we're golfers!) to the marina and the sea is something rare and we had not managed to find it before. At night the sunset is just breath taking. As the property was for our own use as much as rental we decided to put in good quality furniture throughout so we wouldn't feel that it was cheapened in any way. The walk to the marina and the beach is great, especially now they have finished all the landscaping along the main avenue, although the back road is much quicker (approx. 10 mins +/-). We would love to spend more time there, however we cannot, so we hope that you can enjoy it for us! If you have any questions please ask.

Why Stephen chose Vilamoura

Vilamoura has always been a place we love. The marina is simply fantastic with all the little bars and restaurants. Sadly my wife enjoys the boutique shopping as well, which is the only draw back! Everything you need is within shooting distance and the airport is just a 10 minute drive away. We like to have a car as we do wherever we go, to remain independent, and with kids it's easier to be able to throw everything in the car than clamber around with bags full of things! We wanted to be just far away that we didn't get over run with tourists, but close enough to everything that we didn't feel isolated. Apparently the new 5* Tivoli hotel felt the same way we did.

What makes this apartment unique

Quite simply the views from the 100m2 terrace is something other properties do not have, I know I've looked many, many times. Oh and if the sun is too much, there's another 50sq.m over looking the pool that you can use to get some shade!

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Great apartment that gets the sun alday and overlooks the golf course. Host kept in contact to make sure we had every we did and left a hamper for our arrival. Very close to the marina and a number of golf courses. Complex and the apartment were spotless with access to swimming pools and a local hotel in walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be going back.

High Class, Clean and Relaxing

We have booked the apartment for our up and coming honeymoon in April. Prior to the honeymoon stay, we decided to stay at the apartment, whilst we visited Portugal to finalise our wedding plans.

The apartment is very well presented and comfortable, the communication from Steohen the landlord was also superb.

We would highly recommend people to stay at his apartment.

Great terrace

This is a smart apartment in a very secure block. The biggest selling point is the large terrace - we were there in Jan/Feb and got full sun all day. Not able to have breakfast outside every day, but were able to sunbathe nearly every day.

Spacious as it only has the one bedroom. AC worked okay.

Outside table showing signs of wear and some of the crockery too, but the owners have obviously gone for top of the range equipment and fittings originally.

Service lift from secure garage comes up only yards from front door which is great.

No local facilities so get used to getting in the car for everything.

Everything we hoped it would be.

Really lovely quiet apartment with fabulous views and we loved having a balcony both ends as we could choose to have shade whilst eating breakfast and watch sunset for dinner or my girlfriend sunbathing before breakfast some days !

Owner was so accommodating and efficient - everything we asked about was immediately answered - even beach towels and cards for the Boris Bikes were made available - underground parking and lift directly to front door of apartment was so convenient when shopping - we will definitely be back - only thing I was concerned about was the pool looked small and shallow in the photos - not so in reality - 1.5m deep with a kiddie pool next to it and with Portuguese pools normally being unheated, the main pool not being enormous was brilliant as the sun had a chance to warm it to perfect temperature - it was refreshing rather than breathtakingly cold !
