Apartment in Peyia, Cyprus - Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym, Sauna, Squash and Bowling Green

Super one bedroom apartment situated on the 1st floor with views looking both out to the mountains and down on to the pool, located just a few minutes from Peyia village but still only 10 minutes to Coral Bay makes for the perfect position. The apartment itself is air conditioned and furnished to a very high standard consisting of a lounge area with a 3 seater sofabed and a 2 seater sofa, LCD TV (no UK channels available - who needs tv on holiday!) but also a DVD player along with a small selection of dvd's and a CD player. The apartment has an open plan aspect to the dining area with seating for 4 and into the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is furnished with a solid oak double bed and matching bedside tables. The bathroom is fully tiled with bath/shower, WC and wash basin. The balcony has patio table/chairs and 2 sun loungers are also available for your use. A security safe and a Cypriot mobile phone are also in the apartment as are squash balls, rackets and a set of bowls should you wish to use the on site facilities which also include a jacuzzi, gym and sauna.

Our stay in Cyprus.

Clean, comfortable and complete, the apartment provided everything we needed for our stay. The village of Peyia being within easy walking distance and providing a wide range of tavernas and restaurants as well as supermarkets.

We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of our surroundings and the convenience of the pool.

Suitably located for easy access to the Akamas peninsula, Troodos mountains and Paphos as well as more local beaches and places of interest.

We found having a car to be essential.

Overall a most enjoyable first visit to Cyprus.

Owner's Response: So glad that you enjoyed your stay. Yes locally some lovely walking but we would recommend a car too as there is so much to see and do and with a vehicle makes it far more likely that you will get the most out of your trip.

Our stay in Peyia

We love coming to peyia, it's our favourite place and choose this location every year. The apartment is excellent and very clear and tidy. It overlooks the pool and has a very big balcony. Peyia village is fantastic place to eat and drink and coral bay 5 minutes down the road is amazing. There are number of restaurants to choose from and all at a reasonable price. All the Cypriots are very nice and friendly and great with the little ones. The water park is amazing and great for both kids and adults! We will returning very soon.

Owner's Response: Many thanks for your comments, yes the balcony is large enough for sunbeds as well as table and chairs, it's lovely to just unwind in the sunshine and natural beauty that surrounds. Peyia and it's not so far away beaches are wonderful too, Coral Bay being one of them.

Great apartment & location

Apartment was a good size for 2 people, nice pool, very clean. The location was good for the Akamas Peninsula, and Paphos. Plenty of walking in the area, European long distance path E4 passes the door. Loved the sound of the goat bells on the hills behind the complex.

Peyia Tea Rooms were a good find, with a large shady garden at the back, and Stavvas Grill was deservedly popular in the evenings.

Really brilliant having large print driving directions and key collection arrangement as we were arriving at night.

Owner Ian couldn't have been more helpful, especially with directions to apartment from Paphos airport. Apartment was as advertised, quiet with beautiful views, lovely pool, well maintained, apartment spacious with all amenities required, Cypriot phone for our use was a nice touch, in conclusion couldn't fault it from first contact to return. Would definitely use this apartment when returning to Cyprus.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended


The lovely beach of Coral Bay is just 10 minutes away by car.


Paphos International Airport is approximately a 40 minute drive, car hire is recommended.


Peyia village is just a scenic 10 minute walk, or if you'd prefer a 2 minute drive. Pafos Bird and Animal park is about 15 minutes away. Further north about a 40 minute drive is Latchi with it's picturesque marina and harbour or the quaint town of Polis and of course Akamas National Park/Peninsula

Of course not forgetting Paphos and all it has to offer, about a 20-25 minute drive away, from the ancient history to the modern water park, beach, harbour or the many shops, bars and tavernas.

Further Details:

Peyia village has 3 handy supermarkets, local shops consisting of a bakers, butchers, chemist and bank amongst others and with a choice of several tavernas.
