Apartment in Alvor, Algarve, Portugal - Just A 5 Minute Walk To The Centre Of Alvor

This very spacious, superior quality, fully air conditioned apartment for rent, is set in a private complex in a quiet part of Alvor, and only 5 minutes’ walk to the town centre. Wi-Fi and UK TV channels (including Sports) are provided. The complex is low-rise (3 storey) and the apartment is on the 2nd. (Top) floor, providing magnificent views over Alvor to the sea. It has a large south-facing balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and beautifully maintained gardens. The apartment is bright and airy and is very well equipped with everything you will need to help you thoroughly enjoy your stay. The rear balcony is fitted with a retractable awning, should you need some shade at the very hot times of the day. There is also a large front balcony, ensuring you can enjoy the sun all day. A 2 minute walk to a large supermarket means you can take full advantage of the well equipped kitchen.

The apartment is fully licensed under the AL registration number 3115/2009 with Certificado Energético grading = C.

Notes on accommodation: The fully air conditioned accommodation to rent / let consists of: one bedroom with twin beds, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed in the lounge; bathroom with bath/shower, bidet; living/dining area; fully equipped kitchen including gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine; large patio with furniture. UK TV (incl Sports); Wi-Fi also provided ; car parking space. The air-conditioned apartment is very bright, with large, south-facing balcony, including an awning and furniture. Smoking allowed only on the balconies. No pets allowed. Outside: The apartment is in a complex with beautifully manicured gardens, surrounding a shared swimming pool. There are 2 large balconies, back and front, capturing the sunlight all day. Patio furniture is also provided. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and are changed weekly. More details available on request.

This was our first stay in this lovely apartment and it won’t be our last. It’s located 1 minutes’ walk from a very large supermarket and only 5 minutes to the centre of the village, a perfect location. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so nice and peaceful at night. The pool and gardens are lovely. Great communication from the owner during the entire period from booking to arrival. A real gem of a property. E & D

Lovely, bright, clean and spacious apartment.

Once again a fabulous time was had in this lovely apartment. It is in the most perfect location, quiet and peaceful all day and night, yet only a 5 minute walk to the centre.

Lovely pool and gardens and the balconies in the apartment have tremendous views.

Alvor itself has everything for young and old with lots of wonderful restaurants. The beach is amazing with wooden boardwalks stretching for miles.

Thomas, the owner kept us updated throughout the booking process and was very quick to answer any emails we sent.

Suzel, the lady who does the meet and greet and services the apartment met us on arrival and showed us everything that was available.

Top class service throughout and we will be booking again.

Beautiful apartment in a very quiet complex

The apartment was beautiful. It spotlessly clean located in a very quiet complex. It had everything needed for a very comfortable stay including wifi & sat tv. Two lovely balconies front and rear so had the sun all day. Lovely quiet pool and lovely gardens.

Local supermarket only a 2 minute walk. Alvor village 10 minute walk only with lots of fantastic restaurants, cafes and bars. The main beach is a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk and has a very long boardwalk if you fancy a stroll around the harbour.

Easy access from Faro airport taking about 45 minutes by car.

The owner answered my Emails very promptly and the lady that met us was very nice .

Lovely, peaceful place

We have just come back from 2 weeks staying in this lovely place. Met on arrival by a very helpful lady. The apartment is welcoming, clean and really quite spacious. Having 2 balconies was especially great, one at the front to have breakfast over looking the pool and the other to sit peacefully and watch the sun go down. This place certainly is a wee escape away. Will definately be returning with my family. Thank you to Thomas and Suzel for a lovely stay.

First class accomodation

Stayed at this lovely apartment many times and it gets better every time, always new little touches to make your stay even more enjoyable.

My wife and I stayed for 9 nights this time with our daughter joining us mid way through the week, she slept on the very comfortable double bed settee, worth noting that the apartment is so spacious that we chose to leave the bed settee up!

Great holiday, great apartment, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need, would highly recommend.

Excellent apartment

Upon arrival we were met at the front gates by a very pleasant woman called Suzel, she took us to the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. Our first impression of the apartment was very clean, spacious and well presented. The rear balcony was large compared to the others around us and had 2 sun loungers, a table with 4 chairs, and a sun canopy to give that all important shade. The pool and gardens were well maintained and there are plenty of loungers to go around ( we had the pool to ourselves most days ). The apartment is set in a very quiet area so no night time noise and is only a 5 minute stroll to the resort centre. As for recommendations for restaurants, well that`s easy, all of them are excellent we never had a poor meal and we ate in a different restaurant every night. This was our first visit to Alvor and it wont be our last. We would recommend this apartment to our family and friends and hopefully it will be available for us when we next visit.
