This spacious, superior quality, fully air conditioned apartment for rent, is set in a private complex in a quiet part of Alvor, and only 5 minutes’ walk to the town centre. Wi-Fi and UK/Irish TV channels (including Sports) are provided. The complex is low-rise (3 storey) and the apartment is on the 2nd. (Top) floor, providing magnificent views over Alvor to the sea. It has a large south-facing balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and beautifully maintained gardens. The apartment is bright and airy and is very well equipped with everything you will need to help you thoroughly enjoy your stay. The rear balcony is fitted with a retractable awning, should you need some shade at the very hot times of the day. There is also a large front balcony, ensuring you can enjoy the sun all day. A 2 minute walk to a large supermarket means you can take full advantage of the well equipped kitchen.

The apartment is fully licensed under the AL registration number 3115/2009 with Certificado Energético grading = C.

The perfect Apartment for our needs

This was our second year at this apartment and it is well worth value for money. It has a great location, near to town, a supermarket on your doorstep, however, quiet and peaceful at the same time.

It is spacious, clean, has the best balcony with awning (which sells it for my husband) and has everything you could possibly need to make you holiday one of he best. Lots of information was available about Alvor.

The pool area is quiet and when there was other's around it was a good atmosphere.

Unfortunately it is booked up next year for our holiday dates, but Thomas helped us with other apartments in the area.

The hair drier broke one evening and after a quick email to Thomas, I had a new one the following morning. Perfect service.

Great Property, Great Location!

This is a fantastic property 5 min walk from main part of Alvor and 2 min walk to supermarket which has everything. Very clean and tidy. 2 verandas, one of which you can sit on loungers and watch the pool below. The pool is nice and quiet also and the complex as a whole is nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

Stunning Apartment

Beautiful apartment spotlessly clean very well equipped a real home from home with a bonus of really good wifi and uk telly!! Highly recommended we have been visiting Alvor since 1998 and this has to be the best apartment so far looking forward to returning soon

Great apartment

This was our 3rd or 4th time at this apartment which says it all. Clean, tidy and in a great location. 5 minute walk to the town centre and 10 minutes to the beach. That's said we had a couple of days enjoying the sun from the private balcony which overlooks the shared pool. Perfect for couples, would highly recommend.

we have just returned from our holiday in Alvor, the apartment was clean,spacious and well equipped with every thing you need ,nice comfy beds and pillows,shared pool that was never busy , always able to get a sunbed,the apartment is on the edge of the village just 5 mins walk ,nice big supermarket 2 mins walk . I would highly recommend this apartment the owners are very helpful

Perfect accommodation

Our first stay at this hotel - and already looking to re-book. Great communication beforehand helped, Thomas even gave us a taxi contact number from the airport.

We found the apartment to be spacious, clean, and the balcony was a God-send.

It catered for our every need, close enough for a short walk to the supermarket, 5 mins from town and about 15 mins to the beach.

There was always loungers available at the pool and it was not too noisy at all.

We found lovely restaurants nearby and everybody was so friendly.

We loved every moment of our 2 week stay.
