Nice house in a great location.

A well equipped house with a pleasant courtyard and first floor terrace. It's only a few minutes walk from all that Pollenca has to offer: museums, majestic churches, restaurants, bars and the wonderful Calvaria steps and only a few miles from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia. The house is comfortable and the the courtyard offers a peaceful retreat especially on Sunday market day when the town is very busy. Manager Gemma from Balearic Villas is on hand to deal with any problems and is friendly and helpful.

Just returned from Pollenca...loved every minute of it! Property was very comfortable in a superb location of Pollenca old town!

Really lovely property in a lovely town with great character.

The property is very comfortable. The outside area although small works extremely well. There are some minor practical issues which could with being sorted such a teapot which doesn't spill. However, we would use the property again and recommend the property to others who wish to stay in the town centre.

We had a lovely time in this little townhouse - it was everything we were hoping for. Apart from a couple of minor technical hitches, we had no problems during our four day stay and thoroughly enjoyed cooking together in the spacious kitchen and eating outside in the courtyard. Despite being nestled amongst other houses in the centre of the old town, it is quiet and peaceful day and night. In addition, Pollença is a charming little town with a bustling piazza (especially in the evenings) and a popular food market on Sunday mornings, including some craft stalls.

Pollença is well-positioned for exploring the mountainous north-west coast of the island but it is also well-connected to Alcùdia, Palma and a variety of beaches, including one for surfers.

We sincerely hope to come back one day and when we do, Simon and Lucia's townhouse will be our first choice :)
