The tourist shopping and leisure attractions of Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Eze, Juan les Pins, Grasse and Mougins are a 30 minute drive away with chic and trendy St Tropez and San Remo only 75 minutes by car.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is let subject to a strict no smoking and no pets policy. The ground floor area can be self contained for the likes of a nanny, older children or guests who may prefer their own privacy. The area consists of bedroom 5 (king bed) which has its own en-suite with jacuzzi bath, a TV room with sofas (which can be used as a lounge), a utility room with laundry facilities, a pool room with large shower and toilet and a pool kitchen with ice maker and wine chiller which could be used as a fridge. Bedroom 5 has a separate decked terrace area with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. Outside: Beautiful flat garden of 2500m2, very private and quiet, 10 x 4m heated pool Terraces around pool with 8 all weather padded sun loungers, large parasols and feature shrubs. Decked terrace off bedroom 5 with table and seating for four, two sun loungers, large parasol. Decked breakfast terrace off open plan lounge/dining room with two all weather sofas, table and large parasol. A gas barbecue is situated near the swimming pool. The car park is gated and fenced off from the garden and offers parking for 4 cars . Electric sliding gates provide security and entry to the property. The south facing villa gets sun in the garden for most of the day. Utility Room: Large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, twin sink and door to terrace and garden. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All freshly laundered towels and linen are provided on arrival and included in price. A daily maid, breakfast, and cleaning service is also available (price on request). Other: TV room with home cinema LCD TV/DVD, sofas and low level table and sideboard.
