LARGE 900 SQUARE FOOT MASTER BEDROOM WITH KING SIZE BED, SEPARATE SITTING ROOM AND LARGE BATHROOM FEATURING A JACUZZI TUB, SHOWER WITH STEAM AND TWO SEPARATE SINK AND COUNTER AREAS. THE SITTING ROOM HAS A FULL SIZE DAYBED WITH TWIN TRUNDLE WHICH CAN SLEEP 2 OR 3.

BEDROOMS 3 AND 4 ALSO HAVE KING BEDS AND HAVE THEIR OWN IN SUITE FULL BATHROOMS

BEDROOM 5 IS IN THE GUEST HOUSE STEPS AWAY WITH ITS OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE. IT HAS A LARGE SITTING AREA WITH A SECTIONAL SOFA. THERE IS ALSO A MURPHY CHEST BED WHICH OPENS UP TO A QUEEN SIZE BED. THE BEDROOM HAS A KING BED AND LARGE T.V. THE GUEST HOUSE HAS TWO FULL BATHROOMS, ONE OF WHICH OPENS TO THE BACKYARD TO BE USED AS A POOL BATH WHICH CONNECTS TO A CHANGING AREA.

ALL BEDS HAVE TOP OF THE LINE LUXURY MATTRESSES AND SHEETS.

THE MAIN HOUSE HAS A GREAT LAYOUT WITH A LARGE LIVING ROOM, DINING ROOM, DEN WITH SAMSUNG CURVED 50" T.V. , KITCHEN WITH DINETTE AND A HALF BATH. THE HOUSE HAS ALL NEW FURNISHINGS.

Our second time here over the holidays!

Great stay for big group. Spotlessly clean. Large kitchen for our Christmas dinner and many outdoor games to play— even in 40-55 degrees; close to Healdsburg and local wineries. Highly recommend!

Great family vacay spot

Lots of room. Lots of games for family’s to have no Wi-Fi fun, although the place has strong Wi-Fi. Beds are very comfortable. We will be back. We’ve stayed in 10s of homes in high end areas. This place is legit.

Perfect house for group

This property is amazing! The inside of the house is spacious is clean, and fully equipped with anything you could need. The outdoor area is incredible! So many activities and seating areas, and beautiful views. We will definitely come back!

Great place for multigenerational gathering

Beautiful property, clean and tidy. We had trouble heating up the pool, but were able to enjoy it when the weather got hot.
