The apartment has a ground floor position close to the main entrance. There are no steps to climb thereby providing easy access for old and young alike. The taxi from the airport can drop you at the rear gate. It is decorated to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen, British TV and benefits from a large terrace with tiled garden. The El Mirador is becoming the best and most exclusive complex in the area. Close to shops, bars and restaurants. The complex has 3 pools surrounded by large terraces.

Notes on accommodation: There is a no smoking policy in the apartment and garden. Outside: There is a large sunny garden area. A parasol, dining table with 4 chairs (two of these recline) and two sun loungers are provided. Utility Room: Contains modern front loading washing machine, iron, ironing board, brushes and mop. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: A welcome pack containing some essential items is left for guests on their arrival. The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis. Clean bed linen and towels are provided. Other: The apartment is all on ground floor level. This offers easy access for persons with walking difficulties and the fully enclosed rear garden is ideal for persons with young children.

Great apartment on a fab complex

Although this was our 5th time on the complex, it was our first time in this apartment which we chose due to mobility issues. The complex is second to none, immaculately clean, quiet and in a great position with everything on your doorstep. The apartment had everything that you needed to make your holiday as stress free as you could possibly wish for with the added bonus of no steps at all! The apartment is lovely & spacious even for a family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers especially considering it is a 1 bedroom property; we have stayed in 2 bed apartments that are much smaller than this one (not on the El Mirador complex I hasten to add) The price is great value & we are returning to the complex again this year as we are this apartment. All in all could not fault the apartment hence the reason we are returning (again 😃򐰩

Brilliant !!

This was our first time in Teneriffe but have already booked this same apartment for next year. Booking the apartment was hassle free thanks to Jamie who responded to our emails so promptly. The apartment has everything you need and more so you can just sit back and enjoy your holiday. With English channel's on tv and a comfy settee and recliner we enjoyed some relaxing evenings in too. Everything is on your doorstep, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and only 10 minutes walk to the beach and harbour. We would recommend Marguys restaurant which is two minutes from the apartment. All in all this apartment deserves the 5 stars. Try it you won't be disappointed !!

We stayed at the apartment for 9 nights. The apartment is very nice and has everything you need. The back garden is a sun trap and is nice and relaxing. The swimming pools are nice and quiet with excellent views over Los Cristianos.

The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the beach. The area is very nice with many bars / restaurants on the next street along the walk to the beach. The apartment is in a quiet area at night so you are able to easily sleep.

Theres parking facing the apartment with plenty of spaces if you hire a car.

Overall the apartment is brilliant value for money and provided everything we needed. I would 100% stay here again and we are really glad we chose to stay here.

me,my wife and 2 children(9+6)stayed in october. fantastic apartment!The beds are very comfy and the kitchen and bathroom spotless. lovely and clean.all channels on tv(including sky sports).very quiet,private apartments.the pool was great.The location is fantastic.wide range of bars and restaraunts on your doorstep. Try mikeys bar for great entertainment and taylors bar for all the sports and a freindly welcome off paul and all the staff.This part of los cristianos is an ideal location.A short walk to the beach,busses on your doorstep to the aqua parks etc..we will definitley be using this apartment again if available.FANTASTIC!

wonderful holiday

My partner and I stayed at this delightful apartment for one week and had a wonderful relaxing holiday.

The apartment was easy to find and our arrival was hassle free due to the key safe arrangement. We found the apartment to be immaculately clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The apartment had a large sunny terrace where we enjoyed sitting and watching the world go by with a glass of sangria.

We loved the location of the apartment as it is situated on a lovely complex close to a well stocked supermarket and and a variety of nice restaurants but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

We would very much like to stay at this delightful apartment again and would highly recommend it.

lovely complex

we stayed here for 3 weeks in march and had a great time apartment was good large sunny balcony and had everything you needed close to the supermarket which we used all the time nice fresh food and very clean. We did have a problem with the sofa in the living room which was broken and the sunbeds were split in the middle phoned the lady looking after the apartment but no one came to fix anything my husband stuck the spar back in but as soon as you sat on it it sank in the middle. We washed sheets and towels and tidied up ourselves as there was linen in the cupboard and spare towels so no hassle .We are going back to same complex next year but a different apartment as everything was booked up. We love el cine fish restaurant and have went there for many years. Usually hire a car but used the bus service this time, cheap and runs frequently also close to apartments bought a Bono Bus ticket so did not need change for fares.

Special interest holidays:

There a number of beautiful walks in the area which include area's within national parks. Places to visit include Aqua park, Jungle Park, Siam Park, Loro Parque and Mount Teide.


The beach harbour and promenade sea front are only a short walk from the complex. There are a number of water sports and boat trips which are centred around the nearby beach and harbour.


Tenerife South Airport is only 15 mins journey time away. Taxis run regularly from the airport and cost approx 20-27 euros. Buses run regularly from the airport to the centre of Los Cristianos, (bus number 111) the cost approx 3 euros .


The centre of town, with a wide variety of shops and restaurants and bars, is only some 10 mins walk away. The seafront area has a number of children's play areas nearby and is also 10 mins. walk away. The main bus station is within

5 minutes walk. This offers reasonably priced transport to all the island's main attractions.

Further Details:

There are a number of shops and restaurants around the complex. The nearest Supermarket is in the new shopping centre located next to the apartment complex. Approx 150 metres away from the apartment gate.
