Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, located on a private cul-de-sac, walking distance from all the major attractions Benalmadena has to offer: -

Vast sandy beaches, the outstanding Puerto Marina, Benalmadena Costa & the picturesque village of Benalmadena Pueblo to name few.

The single storey property is fully enclosed within its own private walls & is very secure, overlooked by the Calamorro Mountain.

There are 2 double bedrooms (1 with en-suite) and 1 twin bedroom.

The 10 x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by ample terracing perfect for lazing in the sun; this extends around three sides of the villa.

The main entrance to the villa has a veranda overlooking the pool, a perfect location for alfresco dining (barbecue available).

The veranda leads into the living room, 3 bedrooms, main bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

An ideal property for family holidays and for golf breaks as there are many top class golf courses nearby.

I live with my wife and 2 children in Lancashire.

We spend most of our holidays in Benalmadena at the Villa where we always have a wonderful time.

Why Andy Wood chose West Costa del Sol

My family have been visiting this area of Benelmadena for over 25 years and have had a property there for most of that time.

We find the location of the villa ideal - it only takes a 20 minute car or taxi journey from Malaga aiport.

The villa is only 10 minutes or so walking distance to the likes of the Puerto Marina, Bonanza Square and La Carihuela (Torremolinos) where there is a wide variety of restaraunts, bars and entertainment venues and there is plenty to do for all age groups.

What makes this villa unique

We love being able to relax by the pool - even before the children awake, and then when they do, they are straight in the pool without the hassle of getting all the gear together to head for a communal pool or to the beach.

Being fully enclosed, the villa is safe and secure and the children can play safely without us worrying about them wandering off.

If you are golfers (like us), there are many great golf courses on the Costa Del Sol, and we can put you in touch with booking agents to help make the most of your stay.

Notes on accommodation: The property is very secure, ideal for families with children. It is situated close to El PInillo train station so you can travel far and wide if you wish, even to and from the airport for less than 2 Euros each instead of a taxi. There are a couple of supermarkets, a chemist (English Speaking), a hairdressers and various other shops within about 5 minutes walk. Outside: We have a lovely 10m x 5m swiming pool (totally private) with a dolphin motif in the bottom centre complete with attractive night lighting. There are sun loungers available with plenty of patio/terracing. We have a lemon tree and an orange tree; perfect to pick and drop into your Gin and Tonic! There is also an outside shower. The surrounds of the villa are very bright and clean. Utility Room: Storage space and washing machine are located in the outside utility room. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided. Villa is cleaned before each changeover. Other: There is a seating area outside the kitchen and is an ideal spot to have those late evening barbecues.

A deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is required to secure dates. The balance of the rental is required eight weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. A refundable damage deposit of £250 is also required at this time.

Changeover Day:
We only operate Sunday to Sunday changeovers during peak booking times (May to September).
