Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, located on a private cul-de-sac, walking distance from all the major attractions Benalmadena has to offer: -

Vast sandy beaches, the outstanding Puerto Marina, Benalmadena Costa & the picturesque village of Benalmadena Pueblo to name few.

The single storey property is fully enclosed within its own private walls & is very secure, overlooked by the Calamorro Mountain.

There are 2 double bedrooms (1 with en-suite) and 1 twin bedroom.

The 10 x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by ample terracing perfect for lazing in the sun; this extends around three sides of the villa.

The main entrance to the villa has a veranda overlooking the pool, a perfect location for alfresco dining (barbecue available).

The veranda leads into the living room, 3 bedrooms, main bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

An ideal property for family holidays and for golf breaks as there are many top class golf courses nearby.

I live with my wife and 2 children in Lancashire.

We spend most of our holidays in Benalmadena at the Villa where we always have a wonderful time.

Andy Wood purchased this villa in 2003

Why Andy Wood chose Benalmádena

My family have been visiting this area of Benelmadena for over 25 years and have had a property there for most of that time.

We find the location of the villa ideal - it only takes a 20 minute car or taxi journey from Malaga aiport.

The villa is only 10 minutes or so walking distance to the likes of the Puerto Marina, Bonanza Square and La Carihuela (Torremolinos) where there is a wide variety of restaraunts, bars and entertainment venues and there is plenty to do for all age groups.

What makes this villa unique

We love being able to relax by the pool - even before the children awake, and then when they do, they are straight in the pool without the hassle of getting all the gear together to head for a communal pool or to the beach.

Being fully enclosed, the villa is safe and secure and the children can play safely without us worrying about them wandering off.

If you are golfers (like us), there are many great golf courses on the Costa Del Sol, and we can put you in touch with booking agents to help make the most of your stay.

Notes on accommodation: The property is very secure, ideal for families with children. It is situated close to El PInillo train station so you can travel far and wide if you wish, even to and from the airport for less than 2 Euros each instead of a taxi. There are a couple of supermarkets, a chemist (English Speaking), a hairdressers and various other shops within about 5 minutes walk. Outside: We have a lovely 10m x 5m swiming pool (totally private) with a dolphin motif in the bottom centre complete with attractive night lighting. There are sun loungers available with plenty of patio/terracing. We have a lemon tree and an orange tree; perfect to pick and drop into your Gin and Tonic! There is also an outside shower. The surrounds of the villa are very bright and clean. Utility Room: Storage space and washing machine are located in the outside utility room. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided. Villa is cleaned before each changeover. Other: There is a seating area outside the kitchen and is an ideal spot to have those late evening barbecues.

Everything you could wish for on a family holiday

We had a lovely holiday, weather obviously helped. The marina is a hike back up after an evening out but that suited us being able to walk off all the good food and drink we had.

Srunning villa, fab location, amazing pool

We had an amazing time. The villa was amazing perfect location close to everything we needed. The pool was a fantastic size which the kids went in everyday. We holiday in the area twice a year as the temperature suits my son after his bone marrow transplant and we will definitely be using this villa again!

Coast/Beach:

Villa Morar is a 10-15 minute walk from the fabulous Puerto Marina with its excellent restaurants & bars for a la carte cuisine & family meals out. Around the Marina are many activities for children & plenty of shops. For those that enjoy late nights the bars/clubs are plentiful.

Just above the Marina, the Coast Road leads to Benalmadena, Torremolinos & Fuengirola Costas.

If you like traditional family entertainment then head to Bonanza square where there are a number of cabaret bars.

Travel:

Villa Morar is only a 20 minute drive from Malaga airport.

Car hire and taxis are readily available.

It's easy to get the train from the airport; it stops a mere 10 minute walk from the Villa and it can take you to many places on the Costa del Sol.

Airport to Villa transfer details:

Taxi - 20 mins to the villa and between 30-35 euros.

Train - approx. 20 mins (plus walk) & less than 2 euros each.

We can provide details of transfer services - i.e. mini buses - please ask for details.

Distances:

Villa Morar is only 10-15 minutes walk from the Puerto Marina & Promenade.

We are located close to the Town of Arroyo de la Miel.

El Pinillo Train Station is only a short walk away.

Further Details:

The cable car at Tivoli World, Benalmadena takes you up to the mountain top of Calamorro (724 meters). Other attractions in and around the area include Selwo Sea Life Aquarium, Paloma Park, Tivoli World Amusement Park, Mijas Aqua Park, Torremolinos Aqua Park, Go-Karting and Fuengirola Zoo. You can even travel to Gibraltar for the day.
