The Luxurious villa is 500sqm / 6500sqft. It has spectacular mountain and golf views. The Villa stands frontline overlooking the 13th Green on the Los Olivios course at Mijas Golf. It also has a beautiful balcony/terrace to enjoy the views and the Alfresco dining lifestyle. Treat yourself to a wonderful holiday you will never forget! The villa is situated in the heart the established Mijas Golf Estate. It is in the true heart of Golf Valley. On the Estate there is the famous Byblos 5 star hotel and two other very nice 4 star hotels and resorts. Just outside the estate you have a few, bars restaurants and convenience stores. The villa is situated a short drive or taxi ride to the many wonderful restaurants in the area. A trip to the lovely white walled village of Mijas Pueblo is highly recommended. Fuengirola and its many shops, bars, water park and Zoo is nearby. You are a short drive from many wonderful beaches in the area if you can tear yourself away from the pool! About Max Angliss

I live and work in England with my wife and family. I am a long way from retirement!! I am very proud of the villa. It was completed in 2005 and we have spent many fantastic holidays there. I am a golf nut, so it is a real buzz to watch the players putting out on the 13th at Mijas Los Olivios. We are surrounded by some of the best golf courses in the world and just a short drive from the beach and a wealth of marvelous restaurants. I still have to pinch myself when I am on the terrace in the sunshine watching the family in the pool, the golfers, the fantastic views of the Ronda mountains and a chilled glass of white Rioja in my hand at the same time! It is really great that other people get to enjoy it through the rentals. We try and make sure you have a top holiday to remember!!

There are also great beaches nearby.

Notes on accommodation: The luxury modern accommodation is laid out over 3 floors, a/c controlled individually floor by floor. It has under-floor heating sometimes required during the winter months. It has marble flooring and all individually fully tiled bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor. The living area is on the ground floor and the remaining bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. These bedrooms lead directly on to the pool. The lower ground floor also has the entertainment area which has the bar with American fridge/freezer which leads directly onto the pool. Also situated on this floor is the pool table and separate entertainment area with TV video and sofas. If the villa is at capacity 14pers there is a £50 per week per person surcharge. Pool heating is available at an optional extra cost of £120 per week There are no hidden extras! Outside: There is a car port with electric gates. There is a video entry phone Around the pool there are 9 sun loungers 4 reclining chairs On the terrace there is an outside dining table that seats 8 people. The kidney shaped pool is 4x5m pool. It is entered by gradual steps and goes from 1-2m depth. There is a separate grassed area with sun loungers that is ideal for those who need a ‘bit of space’ from the main party. Great place to watch them putting out on the 13th! At the bottom of garden there are twelve young fruit trees so you can pluck your lemon and limes fresh for your gin and tonic! Utility Room: Top of the range Siemans washing machine and tumble dryer. Access to the rear garden with large rotary line. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service is once a week or on your departure. Can be more frequently at an extra cost.Please note Bath towels large and small are provided for each person. Beach / Pool towels are not Other: 2nd living room can be bed 6 having a dbl sofa bed. The entertainment area on the lower ground floor has a Bar and a 2nd American fridge/freezer. This also services the pool area. It also has a pool table + separate TV/video area with two leather couches.

Ideal Large Spacious Villa For Our Family Holiday With Spectacular Mountain Views.

Arrived at Malaga airport and met by Paul the villa manager at our car hire compound we were escorted straight to the property in around 30 minutes. He quickly and efficiently completed the handover and we quickly unpacked and settled in. We were a party of 8 adults, 3 couples and 2 singles, perfect for us with 5 en-suite bedrooms so there was no sharing of facilities. Plenty of living space with the main lounge and open plan dining room, another smaller lounge with TV and large well equipped kitchen with island. Large terrace with al fresco dining furniture and sitting area overlooking the pool terrace. What was great was the downstairs entertainment room with pool table, sofas and a bar. Plenty of sun beds and a good size pool/terrace. A car is a must with supermarkets only 5-10 minutes drive away. We went up to Mijas village a couple of evenings and ate at some great restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place without hesitation. For us this holiday was about spending quality time together in a large spacious property with some wow factor! Thanks to Max and the team, hope to be back soon.

Impressive villa with a wonderful outlook!

Both the vendor and property manager were extremely accommodating and did everything they could to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The villa was absolutely great with wonderful views and suited our group perfectly especially with every room having an ensuite and we all loved the pool. The tranquil location of the villa made you feel you could truly relax and the villa had plenty of space for the four families in our group. The additional services such as; doing our shopping before our arrival, a chef to cook a meal and a masseuse really made it a very special and luxurious holiday. We ventured out each day visiting somewhere different and particularly enjoyed visiting Mijas. All in all an absolutely fabulous holiday 10/10.

Wonderful, relaxing holiday

What a fantastic holiday we all had in this excellent villa. So nice to have a bathroom each, no queuing for the shower and plenty of space for everyone to sit without being on top of each other. Beautiful, peaceful location which was wonderful to come back to after being out for the day and have a dip in the pool to cool off, some even going in at 10 o'clock at night. Max the cat was always waiting to greet us when we returned. It was great to have Paul meet us at the airport to show us the way, and great to know if we had any problems he was just a call away. You do need a car but handy for all places of interest to visit, we especially loved Mijas for the ice cream. Hope to return at some point in the future. All in all a wonderful place to stay and would definitely recommend.

Great Family Holiday

Not the first trip to Max's Villa and defiantly won't be the last, We stayed at the Villa in the 1st week of April 2016. The villa was perfect in every way!! We had a large family group and the Villa set up was perfect, with the split of bedrooms across the floors allowing the children and adults to have some space whilst still letting us keep an eye on them!

Location was just far enough away from the busier roads and resort to be private and quiet, but close enough to make quick trips out to the shops and beaches!

The Villa was clean and tidy and had all of the facilities we needed in terms of cooking, and entertainment. Would definitely book up again!!!

Stunning and very well maintained

I was there for four days and the villa felt comfortable from the minute I walked in. The villa caters for absolutely everyone and I could not fault a single thing. The view from the balconies are stunning and the pool is lovely. I will be visiting this place regularly.

The villa is situated about 10 mins drive from a selestion of wonderful beaches from Fuengirola all the way through to Marbella.


Your arrival airport is Malaga. You will be met at the airport at your chosen car hire office. We recommend 'malagacar' as a friendly and very competitively priced company. Very easy to locate when returning your vehicle.


You will be escorted to the villa about 25 mins drive from the airport. You are situated equidistant between Malaga and Marbella.

Further Details:

You will be met at your chosen car hire company and escorted to the villa and given a quick ‘how to operate it’ guide. We recommend 'malagacar' as a very reasonable and friendly company. The property manager will always be just a phone call away to give you any tourist advice you may need. They can also do babysitting or a pre- organised shop for you. There is an independent catering company who can even take care of your dinner party! That will all be payable locally. Pool heating will be available from the beginning of October there will be extra £120 charge per week for this

Changeover Day:
The departure day is flexible except during 7 week peak period Jul/Aug/Sept when this is Saturday. Entry to the Villa is from 4pm. The villa must be vacated by 10am. Both these times are slightly flexible if there are no bookings before or after

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. We require 25% deposit on booking confirmation. The balance is due on or before 55 days before departure. At the time of the balance payment we also require a £500 fully refundable security deposit. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure. Optional pool heating at an extra cost of £120 per week. Part weeks are charged at £100. The pool has to be switched on three days prior to arrival.
