Apartment in Pegia, Paphos, Cyprus - Peaceful Location, Within Walking Distance to Pegia Village

Luxury 2 bedroom apartment, fully air-conditioned/ heated, large Ceiling Fans in all rooms,Free WiFi and furnished to a very high standard. Large partially covered balcony for both alfresco dining and Sunbathing with spectacular views of the sea and surrounding area, all Windows and Patio Doors fitted with Mozzi screens. The apartment is within 10-15 mins walk down hill to the village centre and all the facilities, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and bakeries. Coral Bay with its sandy beaches and numerous bars and restaurants is about 10 mins drive away. The complex has a shared pool and pool bar area, gymnasium, sauna, Jacuzzi bath, showers and changing rooms. Landscaped gardens and private allocated parking space. Paphos airport is approx 35 mins and Larnaca airport approx 90 mins away. Please note it takes a little longer to walk back up the hill to the apartment from the village centre.

We are an English couple who live in the Midlands and have always loved Cyprus and so decided to purchase a property for our own use and to rent out to guests. We have hopefully fitted the apartment out to the highest standard and tried to think of everything we would want and more to make sure our guests have the perfect experience and want for nothing during there holiday. We are always available to answer any questions people might have and always try to respond quickly.

Hi Mike, the apartment is absolutely great!! I think the addition of touches like beach towels, cool bag, wine cooler is very thoughtful too. The wine cooler kept our water cool while out (the wine was in the fridge for when we got back!) I have to say it's the most comfortable and well equipped place we've stayed in and that's saying something as we choose our apartments carefully. You are responsible for us spending quite a bit at the Sterna Vineyard AND for having to drink a few bottles as we realised we could only carry back one each!! Very good wine, especially the cheapest white. 1/5/10 Mrs Ruth Mann Norwich.

The views are stunning, the apartment really well equipped you have thought of everything.We had a great holiday all totally relaxed. Highly recommended, fabulous well appointed apartment. Spectacular views. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly need cool bags, spare new pillows, hair dryers, lovely powerful shower, comfortable beds kingsize and singles, blackout blinds, fans and air conditioners in all rooms. The pool and gym are clean. UK TV, DVD player and digital radio. A car is essential as Peyia is on a hill which is good as the humidity is low but still lovely and hot. Would recommend the lazy day trip on the Venus Cruise we do it every year. Bars and Restaurants in Peyia are friendly and the food is good. Plenty of Supermarkets and shops. We will be booking next year.

A Fabulous Holiday.

We have had a brilliant holiday. The apartment was excellent with everything you could hope for. Having breakfast in the morning was wonderful as the terrace has such amazing views. Plenty to do in the area ( for all ages). My 12 and 15 year old loved it!

A wonderful holiday in a fabulous apartment

We could not have picked a better place to stay for our first trip to Cyprus. Everything about the apartment was first class - equipped with everything and more that you could possibly want in a holiday apartment. You definitely need a car unless you are used to climbing very steep hills! Once you are up there the view from the balcony day and night is spectacular. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, on the balcony you never wanted to look away from that view!

Very Comfortable Apartment

Finding the apartment is a little tricky as many roads are poorly named but Mike gave us good instructions on how to find it and we arrived OK. The apartment is very well equipped - You would struggle to find anything missing - a home from home.

We were only 3 but the apartment will accommodate more with ease.

The village of Peyia is reached down quiet steep roads but makes and enjoyable walk.

Views from the apartment are the most memorable part of the stay

Best and worst parts of the holiday

Best Cocktail = Onerio by the shipwreck

Best Fish = Any of the restaurants in Latsi marina

Best Breakfast = Vrisi in Peyia village

Best Walk = Avakas Gorge (go early in the morning to miss the organised tours)

Best Beer = on the patio at the apartment watching the sun go down across Coral Bay

Worst thing = having to come home

This apartment is large in size @106 Sq/Mtrs with a Large 33 Sq/Mtr balcony that is south facing so you can sit outside in either the sun or under the covered veranda side of the balcony and watch both the sunrise and sunset due to its elevated setting in the village of Peyia or Pegia can be spelt both ways. The apartment is fully furnished to a very high standard and with unobstructed views that are outstanding across the coastline and rolling hills for you to enjoy. The balcony has a table and 6 chairs for alfresco dinning and 4 sunloungers for you to relax, we have a further 4 sunbeds down by the swimming pool if you prefer this to the balcony.

Special interest holidays:

Mountain bike hire is available in nearby Coral Bay, with easy access to the Akamas Peninsula, which also has excellent walking facilities.

Horse riding and scuba diving are all within easy access.


Coral bay with its golden sandy beach and watersports is approx 3.5 kilometers away (approx 10 mins by car).

Polis and Latchi with its lovely beach and marina is about 30 mins drive away.


Paphos airport is approx 30 mins drive from the apartment and Larnaca approx 90 mins drive. Car hire is Highly recommended for the duration of your stay, and to allow you to explore the many beautiful parts of the island that require a car to reach them. If you would prefer not to hire a car we can arrange for pick up and return by CY TAXIS who offer a professional and reliable service at a cost to be agreed at time of booking with them.


Pegia Village is within 10-15 mins walk down the hill from the apartment and a little longer coming back up, and is well equipped with a good selection of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, butchers, delicatessen and DVD rental.

Coral Bay is 10 mins drive and has a lovely beach and a further good selection of restaurants and bars.

Paphos Town is 20 mins drive with its beaches, excellent shops, restaurants and bars.

Further Details:

A new bus service has been introduced from Paphos Airport to Coral Bay at a cost of 3 Euros for adults. For departure times see http://www.pafosbuses.com/cyprus/busroute/15. If you have opted to be met at the airport CY TAXI'S will meet you there and take you to the apartment complex.

Changeover Day:
Fabulous apt, made even better by the views. Lots of great places to eat especially Savvas Grill for the Greek dancing! The kleftiko from the butchers - yummy. Very easy to get around in the hire car. Recommend the boat trip on the 'Wavedancer 1' - 25 09.

We have free Wifi for all guests and have a good supply of books and DVD's for guests if they wish to use them and also a XBMC box that allows access to British TV channels and for the younger members of the family plenty of Children's TV programs also. We also provide Beach Towels for all Guests and for those staying longer than 10 nights a free change of bedding and hand and bath towels at the end of each week of occupancy.
