Incorporating 2 en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and top of the range finishes such as cedar French doors and windows, the condominium comes fully equipped and furnished and includes Satellite television for high quality reception with a 40” plasma screen, internet streamer with live TV channels from the UK, USA etc plus recent films, extensive DVD film library, CD/iPod player and full wi-fi internet access. Dine indoors or on the large 230 sq.ft terrace balcony with panoramic views over the beach and Caribbean sea. The building has high levels of security including CCTV, security guard, intercom and private parking, elevator, swimming pool and sun deck with direct access onto a quiet secluded beach. Villa K is home from home, has everything you could possibly want from a holiday, pool, direct access to beach, great management who are their for your every need, from how to work the TV to car hire. Spacious, clean, and extremely well equipped. Can't speak highly enough, and would defo give this a five star rating and will be personally reccomending to friends and family. Just fab.

Stunning apartment

We have just spent 10 wonderful days at Phil & Jan's apartment. It has everything, stunning views, immaculate inside and out. Paradise! The photo's really don't do it justice you have to visit in person! We travelled around Barbados and always felt WSB villas were just the best accommodation we had seen and felt glad that we had made such a fabulous choice.

Our only negative, which is not to do with the apartments, is that food and drink is pretty expensive and some restaurants are very expensive. Ocean 2 and Crave to be avoided for that reason!

So Lovely!

This is my first review ever, this was how lovely this holiday was. The apartment and were it was, view was amazing. Looking back on the pitchers I feel it was our home(even for just two weeks) it was so comfortable. My favourite spot was the balcony, either having breakfast watching surfers or reading a book with a glass of wine before we went out for cocktails in the evening, or just gazing at the view. I will spend hours looking through reviews and it drives my husband mad but I think he appreciated all my hard work when I found this apartment. Phil the owner is great, very helpful to every silly question I asked, emailed me back straight away.

The sea in front of apartment is a bit rough, you can swim in it (if your brave) and a few people did, even children, but Dover beach is next door and sea is lovely. You wont regret booking.

I do not usually do recommendations as everyone as different satisfaction levels and you don't want anyone then to be disappointed . On this occasion I can 100% guarantee you will not be disappointed with Villa K or the complex , location and staff . Everything was perfect . Phil as everything you need in the villa and I have never seen a better detailed instruction manual . There was nothing you needed to bring or get in, We will certainly travel lighter on our next visit as everything is in the villa or on site . Just turn up and start relaxing . I can defo recommend this property and location and I have stayed at many places on Barbados having made this my holiday destination for the last twent five years . Barbados at its best!

Having had a very disappointing experience at an all-inclusive hotel on the west coast last year, we LOVED the facilities of this apartment, the freedom and the FANTASTiC food at the restaurants recommended by Phil. After a hard working year and a hectic family Christmas and New Year, Villa K gave us an amazing start to 2016!

Fabulous - Never disappointing!

Walking back through the door in Villa K made me realise why we had decided to come back for a third time!

The place is exquisite. Immaculate and so totally well equipped. There is nothing lacking in Villa K. Everything has been thought about for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

The location of the property has the best of both worlds. A secluded beach with immaculate grounds and a great pool, if you don't want to swim in the sea! We had a wonderful experience this year watching baby turtles rushing into the sea after hatching - amazing!

A walk a little way up the road to the gap and you have a lively collection of bars and great restaurants. Our favourite was Pisces which is just newly re-opened the food is superb in a fantastic setting. At the top of the road from the apartment is a newly opened Jazz bar - great music and good service.

Oistins is just a bus or taxi ride away on a Friday is fish and music night, a great night out with lots of food, rum and dancing!

Bridgetown too is only a short taxi ride or bus ride away with Tax Free shopping a must.

The management service for these condo's are always on hand, always helpful and a delight to deal with.

If we are lucky enough to get to stay here again we will definitely go, it is not always that easy as the place is in big demand which is no surprise to us. If you get the change to go just do it you will definitely not be disappointed!

White Sands is situated on a quiet, secluded beach, Dover Beach with many facilities is within a short walking distance.


Approx 15 minutes by car from Grantley Adams International Airport and 20 minutes from Bridgetown. There are several taxi stands in St Lawrence Gap.


There are many bars and restaurants in St Lawrence Gap in addition to supermarkets, beauty salons, ATM, shopping facilities and other amenities.

We chose to buy a property in St Lawrence Gap because it's the centre of nightlife on the island with restaurants, bars, nightclubs plus supermarkets, shops, ATMs. Our apartment however is at the quiet end of the Gap in a new complex situated on a secluded beach but within easy walking distance of all the local amenities.
