About Algarve Holiday Retreats

I live in the UK with my wife and 13 year old son. We both run our own businesses in the UK and escape to the Algarve whenever we can to relax and spend time together as a family.

I'm an interior designer and have designed and furnished our apartment with luxury and comfort in mind. For us and all our guests it's a home from home.

Why Algarve Holiday Retreats chose Portimão

Oasis Parque ticked all our boxes. Short distance from the airport, accessed by budget airlines from all over the UK.

The staff and facilities at Oasis Parque are first class and the location is perfect, only a short distance from Alvor's stunning beaches and varied nightlife.

We also love to explore the beaches and towns of the western Algarve and being located only 5 minutes from the main coastal roads is ideal.

We are also close to the Algarve's attractions, such as Zoomarine and Slide and Splash.

What makes this apartment unique

We purchased our apartment from new and chose it above others due to its location within Oasis Parque. Only a 2 minute walk to the 4 swimming pools, tennis courts, childrens playground, cafe bar etc but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet in the evening. We are also on the ground floor surrounded by manicured gardens to 3 sides, which are fenced and gated, which offered a safe place for my son to play and explore when he was young. It is also a relaxing environment to enjoy alfresco dining with the odd glass of wine or two when we choose not to eat out.

The apartment was great! Spacious, cosy and like a home away from home.

Oasis Parque is located in a great position. Local shops, bars and restaurants only 5-20 minutes drive away. And the local beaches...WOW! No need to explore farther than Lagos.

Oasis Parque and the apartment itself waere easy to find with the dicertions provided. Thank you! The pools and tennis courts made it a great escape to relax and have fun.

We would definitely recommend this to family, friends and the public.

A 25% non-refundable deposit required to secure a booking. Full payment required 6 weeks prior to departure. £200 breakage deposit required, refunded in the UK following inspection by our representative and return of keys and Country Club access cards. Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance to cover the cost of unforeseeable cancellations. Now taking bookings for 2015. Long Winter Lets available on request. Guests are required to comply with the properties terms and conditions.

Changeover Day:
Friday/Monday changeover preferred but not essential, taking advantage of cheaper scheduled flights. AM departures 10am, PM arrivals 3pm, dependant on other bookings.

Notes on prices:
PRICES LOWERED FOR SELECTED DATES. Prices for the property on a weekly basis and in UK Pounds. AM departs, PM arrivals preferred. Dependent on existing bookings.
Because it is important to us that all our guests have the best holiday ever, we believe in providing as many facilities and home comforts as possible. For this reason we don't charge extra for change of towels and linen, no matter how long your stay. We don't charge extra for air-conditioning. We do include beach / poolside towels.
