The light and airy 2 bedroom air-conditioned apartment enjoys a good location and lovely views over Vilamoura and out to sea.

Fully equipped modern kitchen, two bathrooms, large lounge-diner. 2 South facing balconies overlooking the communal gardens and children's/ adult swimming pools. There is a poolside snack bar with WiFi. Being on the top, 4th floor (served by lift), this is one of the best located apartments in the block with superior views.

Clean linen and towels are provided weekly (beach/ pool towels can be provided upon request)

Only 15 minutes walk to the Marina and beaches. Ideally located for the numerous golf courses and restaurants. The nearest Supermarket is only a 3 minute walk away.

Changeover day negotiable, long term lets considered.

Fantastic accomodation

The apartment and pool area was lovely. All well presented and clean. The apartment had everything you could want and more! It was large and spacious with a lovely outlook! It was quite a quiet location. Spar shop that varied in amounts of stock 2 minutes walk away. Vilamoura marina was about a 25 - 30 minute walk with children. Owner communicated quickly and efficiently and couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely return if visiting the Algarve in the future.

Lovely apartment

Lovely clean apartment with great views of the sea. Wonderful nearby beach of Praia Falasia which was a 30 min walk and a great selection of restaurants at Vilamoura Marina a 20 min walk away. Would highly recommend a car especially if you have small children but also to visit the surrounding area, we especially liked Tavira and if you are able we would also recommend a trip to Lisbon. Wi-fi is available at most cafes/restaurants but we had no luck in the apartment itself. Overall great holiday.

We had a great time and enjoyed the well equipped apartment as well as the stunning views. It was lovely and spacious and in a good position for the marina and beaches. We hope to return soon.

Just had a great time in Vilamoura. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea; chill by the pool or stroll to the beach; then a meal by the marina, simply a nice relaxing holiday. Vilamoura has something for everyone, beach, boat rides/fishing, golf, bike hire, water park nearby, excursions if you don’t have a car and the choice of restaurants is phenomenal. Chris the owner was very helpful and provided quick responses to our e mails and promptly returned our deposit upon our return. I would definitely recommend as a value for money holiday.

Excellent stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was clean & well equipped. There were views out to sea from the balcony.

No car was required (it was nice not to have to do a load of driving!) There were loads of great restaurants & beach is within walking distance

The owner responded quickly to enquiries & were flexible on arrival, departure days & times. The owner also arranged airport transfers, which saved us some extra hassle.

Would recommend this for your Algarve break!

We chose this property because of its location. Having teenage children we wanted somewhere they could stay without the need of a hire car. Once transferred from the airport everything is within walking distance, or an excursion can easily be arranged for attractions further afield.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Faro at 15 Miles Nearest Barpub : at 300 Metres Nearest Restaurant : at 300 Metres Nearest Beach : Falisia Beach at 1 Miles Car: not necessary


The apartment is within a 15 minute walk of the Marina area, with its numerous restaurants, and 20 minutes walk from the beach. A tourist road train provides hop-on/ hop-off transport around Vilamoura for a small daily fare.


Vilamoura is located in the centre of the Algarve, 20 minutes by car from Faro International Airport, we can arrange airport transfers.

Car hire is not essential as there is a supermarket, bars and restaurants close by. Daily excursions are readily available to the main attractions.


Many towns with markets and excellent shopping are within easy reach of Vilamoura. Quarteira - 2km: Fish and vegetable market; Beach front promenade; Weekly Wednesday market. Loulé - 11km: Shopping; Weekly Saturday market. Albufeira - 15km: Nightlife; Shopping; Beach. Faro - 24km: Capital of Algarve; Historical; Shopping. Silves - 50km: The castle and monastery. Lisbon - 2 hour drive on the motorway. Zoomarine and water parks within 45 minute drive.

During the day the marina is a popular place to shop and watch the world go by. Take to the water with scenic boat trips, dolphin watching, sea fishing, para-sailing, jet skis, scuba diving and much more on offer. Vilamoura is an ideal base for exploring the Algarve’s historical towns, villages and markets and the tranquil countryside is popular with horse-riders, cyclists and walkers. At night Vilamoura’s bars, restaurants and casino come to life with entertainment to suit every taste. For a family day out try Zoomarine, only a 30 minutes drive, where you can swim with the dolphins or see the many dolphin, sea-lion, tropical bird, bird of prey shows throughout the day. Other attractions include the Big Wheel, pirate boat, flume ride, mini roller-coaster and swimming pool. Slide and Splash, and Aqualand water parks are within an easy drive.

  • Notes on accommodation: There is a 24 hour emergency help number to our English speaking management company who have an office in Vilamoura in case you need assistance. The apartment has a Municipal Rental Licence (3042/AL) which is a statutory requirement for all rental property in Portugal. It is illegal to advertise rental property in Portugal without quoting the licence number. To receive a license the property must meet the required safety standards. The following are available at additional cost, details upon request - A choice of welcome packs, beach towels, cool bag, beach parasol, beach chairs. Outside: There is a shared swimming pool for adults and a paddling pool for children within a private garden. Sun loungers are provided (free). The poolside bar serves food during the day. The balconies overlook the garden and pools, and are provided with a table and chairs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean linen and towels are provided weekly (beach/ pool towels can be provided at an extra cost).
