A 2 bedroom apartment recently renovated to a high standard. Can comfortably sleep 4 adults and has facilities for younger children and families. Situated behind the Pine Walk it is ideally located for a short walk to the beach. The local amenities of Puerto Pollensa are a five minute walk away and there are some excellent restaurants on your doorstep. The property is located on the first floor.

Amazingly well located

The property is on the first floor, but there is a lift. We found everything just as desribed, a comfortable apartment for 4, with a cot if needed. It is located no more than 100 metres from the seafront and directly onto charming beaches with shallow water, ideal for children, ( as it was half-term there were lots of those). It is conveniently located for restaurants and shops, no more than five minutes to the main Square. There is also UK TV, which though not a priority, enabled us to watch the Final of Bake Off.

Two restaurants on the first corner are both good value, the Coral serves Shoulder of Lamb which was superb. Another Majorcan Restaurant, not far from the main square, serves a 3 course lunch with wine for 11 euros a head, and their evening menu is pretty special too, The market at Alcudia on Sundays and Tuesdays is excellent

The Rustic Cafe, next door to the apartment advertises its opening hours as 19.00 to 04.00, and there is some noise from it. We coped with ear plugs, and it wasn't as intrusive as a restaurant would be.

We can recommend the apartment with only the slightest reservation. It offers excellent value for money

Suited us just right.

With fantastic directions and access details we found the place in no time....didn't once have an issue with the fridge or electrics... the boys managed to plug in both of their devices at once quite happily!!

Lovely apartment, everything we needed...beautifully equipped kitchen and utility area. Not much outside space as balcony not big enough to sit out on....roof terrace shared space with numerous notices from we suspected local residents....the usual...no bbqs...no games...no fun...but our favourite was no sand!! Given the fabulous proximity to the beautiful beach made the last one a bit tricky!!

A bit of noise outside from the restaurant staff finishing late and starting early but after a glass of wine we slept well in the comfy beds!!

Thanks very much, we hope to return one day!!

Wonderful holiday

The apartment is well equipped should you wish to eat in but also near to some excellent restaurants, close to the beach for sun worshippers but close enough to buses and taxis should you want to venture further afield. We had such a great time we have booked again for later in the year.

Nice apartment close to beach

Location wise and apartment wise, everything was fine. However the apartment is near Rustic Cafe and unfortunately the noise carried on until around 5am most nights. It didn't stop us enjoying our holiday though.

Had I been made aware during your holiday, I would have contacted the relevant authority as the bar is not licenced for these hours. Nonetheless, I'm glad that you had a lovely time in Puerto Pollensa and I hope that we see you again.

We had a lovely relaxing stay in this comfortable and well equipped apartment. Great location, very close to everything! We loved the Pine Walk and swimming the the warm and calm sea. A really restful holiday. Thank you.

Wonderful apartment by the beach and pine walk

We booked the apartment last minute and must say that it was lovely. It was one minute from the beach, two good sized bedrooms, fully equipped with all we needed for our stay, The property was clean with lovely good quality linen and towels and a lovely well equipped kitchen. Very close to good restaurants, the beach and the supermarket. Would recommend to friends.

We fell in love with the location of this property being so near to the pinewalk and the beautiful beach of Port de Pollensa. We have spent some time and effort giving her some TLC and we hope that you also enjoy the facilities and proximity to the beach and town. There are some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance which makes this a great destination for a relaxing few days away!

Activity and Interests

Nearest Barpub : Rustic at 20 Metres Nearest Restaurant : La Roc at 50 Metres Nearest Beach : Port de Pollenca at 100 Metres

Special interest holidays:

The property is ideally located for those interested in walking and cycling. Located in the north of the island the mountains are easily accessible and has excellent links to Lluc and the west coast of the island. To the rear of the property commences the impressive walks through the Boquer Valley.

Coast/Beach:

The property is situated only thirty metres from the sandy beaches of the Pine Walk and is perfectly located for the child friendly waters of Puerto Pollensa.

Travel:

The main airport of Palma is approximately forty minutes drive from the town of Puerto Pollensa. Taxi's are readily available at the airport and in Puerto Pollensa or there is a shuttle bus which can be booked prior to travel. Details of which can be provided. For exploring the island, car hire is recommended although there are excellent bus routes which can be accessed in the main area of Puerto Pollensa a short five minute walk from the apartment.

Distances:

The main square and marina of Puerto Pollensa is a short five minute walk from the apartment. The town of Pollensa and the coastal resort of Cala San Vicente are approximately five kilometres away.

Further Details:

The property is ideally located near a small supermarket and the local amenities of Puerto Pollensa, details of which can be found within the apartment. Where the property is situated on Calle de Pescador is a small sideroad.
