Please Note: As we are located in a quite private cul de sac the property is not available for Stag - Hen weekends or similar, please do not book our property if this is the nature or purpose of your stay.

The property has been completely refurbished and decorated by the owners to a high standard. Spacious double glazed conservatory, ideal for a relaxing breakfast or evening dining, good size fully equipped kitchen, large comfortable lounge with wall mounted 42" TV c/w Sky+, Sports & Movie package, dedicated cinema room - high end surround sound, modern ground floor shower room c/w power shower, new upstairs bathroom c/w full size bath and shower. All Beds are approved hotel standard. Free wifi throughout the property. Spacious decking areas, new BBQ hut, Prodigy "Hot Springs" 5 person hot tub. Large entrance porch idnemaeal for storage. The perfect break

Stayed in this lovely accommodation with five friends to celebrate a special birthday. Everything was as described and we had a great time, making use of the hot tub, bbq hut and the cinema room. Thoroughly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

Lovely relaxing break

Lovely home in quiet street a stones throw from Gleneagles Hotel. Went with our family for three nights. Everything you need is there- we used the hot tub, the barbi hut and the movie room. Great break- recommend and we will visit again with friends.

Amazing!

We loved our stay at this property. It was really well equipped with everything you need for a holiday and the owners added some really nice personal touches like complimentary toiletries, fresh flowers and a bottle of wine to welcome us on arrival. The place was absolutely spotless and very well maintained. We loved the hot tub and cinema room, and the conservatory was lovely to sit and play games in. My boys loved the chess set!! The house has free wifi and Sky TV and it's in a lovely quiet location. We didn't hear a peep from any of the neighbours while we were there! The location is great for driving to places like the safari park etc and we can't wait to come back!! Thanks Eleanor, Jim and Faye!

Fantastic place to chill out

Stayed 3 nights as a couple in March. As per previous positive reviews we loved our stay. On arrival we were welcomed by Faye who showed us around the property which was spotless. Faye was very friendly and could not have been more helpful. We immediately settled in and enjoyed using the cinema room, hot tub and bbq hut which had a great atmosphere. The location is very quiet and you are a short walk from Gleneagles hotel. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners which was a bonus. We are planning to return and would recommend the property. Thank you.

Fantastic property

We booked the house for a family weekend with my mum and dad. The house and facilities were great making a weekend one to remember. I would also like to thank Jim for keeping in touch with us and Faye for making us very welcome on our arrival. St Andrews only 45 minute drive, dubbed by its natives as ‘the auld grey toon’, is a historic coastal settlement best known for its university. Take in its most famous sights, the ruined castle and Cathedral. Alternatively, wander the idyllic West Sands to gain the maximum effect of the therapeutic seaside air.

Travel:

Gleneagles is situated close to Auchterarder in the heart of Scotland between Perth and Stirling on the A9. The property is easy to locate, just a one hour drive from the international airports of Edinburgh and Glasgow. If you prefer to travel by train, Gleneagles Station is on the main London to Inverness line.

Distances:

Auchterarder Village is only a 2 minute drive from the property, Perth is 20 minutes, Stirling 30 minutes, Edinburgh and Glasgow 1 hour. Great selection of tourist attractions are within easy reach. Beautiful unspoilt drives through the Perthshire hills are both tranquil and breath taking. There is a superb Swimming Pool Complex in Perth c/w free form Leisure Pool, 2 Flumes, Whirlpools etc and Health suite. The Kiddies Lagoon provides a shallow area as well as a slide for younger children.

We offer 7 to 3 night stays. Payments Methods: Bank Transfer - Credit Card - PayPal. Bank Transfer payments free of charge, Credit Card - PayPal is an additional 3% to part cover card charges made to us form PayPal.

The house holds and sleeps a maximum of 6 people including children and the cost given is based on the numbers given to us at enquiry stage, any additional guests up to a maximum of 6 may incur an additional charge. Under no circumstances should there be more than six people in the property.

A deposit of 50% when received secures your booking the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival c/w 100 refundable breakage deposit. In the event any cancellation the deposit is only is refunded if the property is relet, 15% of the total cost may be retained to cover administration costs. Hot Tub preparation fee is 35 and dependant on water condition may not be available on the first day of your stay, however this is not normally the case. All Services, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels are inclusive in the rental price. Preferential rates-long term rental, Corporate bookings welcome. We will try to fill any single or two night gaps in our calendar and may offer alternative dates to those originally enquired.
