Direct access to the 2014 Ryder Cup Course course near the 12th green Beautiful walks around the courses. Keep an eye out for deer first thing in the morning and last thing at night Please Note: Hot Tub use is between the hours of 8am and 10pm, external noise must be kept at a low level when outside the property, If your visit is for a Stag -Hen, party style event our property is not suitable Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Ample fresh towels/linen provided. Additional towel change, refresh available upon request. Other: Dedicated Cinema Room with superb 5.1 surround sound, great for movie nights in. Double glazed large conservatory suitable for breakfast/dining or just relaxing and watching the world go by....

Great stay!

We travelled to Scotland with another couple for five days to play golf at Gleneagles and explore some of the surrounding area. The Murdock home was perfect. Beautiful home with a great sunroom, 3 bedrooms, comfy beds, good shower, a block or so from Gleneagles, movie room with surround sound. We did not get to use the hot tub or barbeque hut. Wish we could have stayed longer; next time we will! Their housekeeper, Faye, could not have been nicer. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely property - well worth booking

Fantastic house again .. stayed here 5 years ago and came back to celebrate our 35th anniversary. Cannot fault anything, all the family loved it and esp our hot tub, great way to mark the occasion. Thanks again to the Murdocks :)

Everything we wanted and more

Booked this house for my husband's 60th birthday for a family celebration. The house is in a beautiful quiet area and had everything we needed, Any queries were dealt with immediately by the lovely Faye and Jim was great at replying to my emails with queries beforehand. From the moment we entered the house it felt like home and we were very sad to leave. Can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

A wonderful place to relax

The house had everything we needed plus plus... the hot tub and BBQ Hut were great fun and we made good use of the cinema room which is a great idea. The local area is beautiful with Gleneagles on the doorstep. Lots to see and do. Thanks to Faye for making us feel very welcome.

A deposit of 35% for a one week booking and 50% on any booking less than 7 nights secures yours stay, balance is due 28 days prior to arrival c/w 100 refundable breakage deposit. In the event any cancellation the deposit is refunded if the property is re-let over the period booked, 15% of the total cost may be retained to cover administration costs.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible depending on availability. Arrival normally 4pm - departure is 10.30am, these times may be changed depending on bookings either side of your chosen dates. We will always try to accommodate any special requests

Notes on prices:
Weekly Prices are for a 7 night stay, 3 night stays may be available, 7 night and longer bookings take preference over shorter enquiries. Hot Tub preparation fee is 35. All Services, electricity, heating, bed linen, towels are inclusive in the rental price. Preferential rates-long term rental, Corporate bookings welcome.
