Peaceful and quiet cul de sac adjacent to the 2014 Ryder Cup course 12th Green and a short walk to the front door of the world famous 5 Star Hotel. Spacious private lawns, decking areas with ample car parking and direct access to the Ryder Cup Course. A special place to enjoy the peacefulness and quietness of Gleneagles

Please Note: As we are located in a quite private cul de sac the property is not available for Stag - Hen weekends or similar, please do not book our property if this is the nature or purpose of your stay.

The property has been completely refurbished and decorated by the owners to a high standard. Spacious double glazed conservatory, ideal for a relaxing breakfast or evening dining, good size fully equipped kitchen, large comfortable lounge with wall mounted 42" TV c/w Sky+, Sports & Movie package, dedicated cinema room - high end surround sound, modern ground floor shower room c/w power shower, new upstairs bathroom c/w full size bath and shower. Keep an eye out for deer first thing in the morning and last thing at night Please Note: Hot Tub use is between the hours of 8am and 10pm, external noise must be kept at a low level when outside the property, If your visit is for a Stag -Hen, party style event our property is not suitable Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Ample fresh towels/linen provided. Lovely house great location

My wife and I spent a week here. The house is extremely comfortable and well provisioned. We made use of the hot tub and BBQ everyday and enjoyed walks and bike rides from the house. Perth, Sterling and the Loch Lomond region are all easily accessible from here and the Gleneagles Hotel and Golf course just a short walk away. We will definitely return.

What A Fantastic Place To Stay

Was so fortunate to have been able to book this home for a family occasion. On arrival the house was immaculate, and the facilities superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ hut for a family get together, it was superb. The house cinema, was amazing and kept the younger ones amused for hours, it really was like being in a mini cinema. And the hot tub was also thoroughly enjoyed by the ladies.

All in all, a superb break, in a very comfortable ,spacious and well equipped house, backed up by thoughtful and thoroughly helpful information from Jim the owner. Nothing was too much trouble, and Faye the ever helpful, and hardworking housekeeper, was on hand if needed. We were really sad to leave, but are already looking forward to the next visit , for another relaxing break. Thank You for a wonderful experience.

Ideal house in perfect location

We had a very peaceful and relaxing short break. The house is spotless, well set out and equipped, with lots of character in a very quiet area.

My son enjoyed the hot tub and the BBQ hut is ideal for outdoor cooking in any weather.

We all loved dining in the conservatory.

The cinema room is the perfect way to end the day.

The help and communication provided by Jim & Eleanor is as good if not better than we have received anywhere

Lovely Property in Quiet Setting

This was my second visit to this Gleneagles property. My husband and I were hosting a get together for my two daughters and their husbands. All the bedrooms are of a good standard with comfortable beds. We loved the lounge and the conservatory for sitting in and eating. We made use of all the great facilities, the hot tub as we had nice weather on the Saturday, and the cinema room and BBQ hut on the Sunday when the weather was a bit wet and windy. This place has exactly what you need for holidaying in Scotland. Access to lovely walks, golf courses and Gardens and hot tubs if the sun is shining and plenty to do indoors if the weather isn't kind to you. Jim the owner and Faye were both very helpful and pleasant and Jim got back to us very quickly if we had any queries. Would strongly recommend this property for a relaxing break.

Amazing

Beautiful home

The house was perfect.

A beautiful home, exceptionally clean, tidy and welcoming.

As a family of 6 we spent most evenings in the cinema room/ sun room and made use of the BBQ hut which was fantastic.

A good base for what we wanted.

St Andrews only 45 minute drive, dubbed by its natives as ‘the auld grey toon’, is a historic coastal settlement best known for its university. Take in its most famous sights, the ruined castle and Cathedral. Alternatively, wander the idyllic West Sands to gain the maximum effect of the therapeutic seaside air.

Travel:

Gleneagles is situated close to Auchterarder in the heart of Scotland between Perth and Stirling on the A9. The property is easy to locate, just a one hour drive from the international airports of Edinburgh and Glasgow. If you prefer to travel by train, Gleneagles Station is on the main London to Inverness line.

Distances:

Auchterarder Village is only a 2 minute drive from the property, Perth is 20 minutes, Stirling 30 minutes, Edinburgh and Glasgow 1 hour. Great selection of tourist attractions are within easy reach. Beautiful unspoilt drives through the Perthshire hills are both tranquil and breath taking. There is a superb Swimming Pool Complex in Perth c/w free form Leisure Pool, 2 Flumes, Whirlpools etc and Health suite. Changeover days are flexible depending on availability. Arrival normally 4pm - departure is 10.30am, these times may be changed depending on bookings either side of your chosen dates. We will always try to accommodate any special requests

Weekly Prices are for a 7 night stay, 3 night stays may be available, 7 night and longer bookings take preference over shorter enquiries. Hot Tub preparation fee is 35.
