Relaxing home.

We enjoyed our stay very much, very quiet & relaxing. Loved all the different birds in the gorgeous trees & even saw a red squirrel! Felt very spoilt with the Hot tub & BBQ too! Would love to go back again!

A wonderfully relaxing stay

The house was perfect. It had everything we might need plus everything we might want too.

Comfortable beds, more towels than we could possibly use (a usual bug bear), really well equipped kitchen and a lovely welcome from Alison, who was on hand should be need her.

The location close to the beautiful Gleneagles hotel is just perfect. We'd recommend afternoon tea in the main hotel, Scottish breakfast at the clubhouse and dinner at Deseo.

We brought our 5 year old daughter and there is plenty to do with children in the area too. We were spoiled for choice. Plus lots of fun to be had at the house with the hot tub, BBQ hut and cinema room.

If we return to the area we'd definitely book this place again.

Great House Lovely Area

We found the property easily after getting very good directions from Alison. The house is a lovely modern detached house very close to Gleneagles Hotel and Auchterarder. The house was very clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. Alison gave us a quick tour and explained how everything worked and gave us some helpful information about local shopping and eateries. We really enjoyed the hot tub and had a great barbeque in the BBQ hut. We didn't have great weather but still got to make good use of both facilities. We did a laser Woodland Combat at Crieff Hydro where there are loads of activities like horse riding, trip wires, Crazy Golf etc. We had a lovely meal at Yanns in Crieff on the Saturday night. The house was lovely, take some DVDs as there are great facilities for watching them. I can highly recommend this property and we thought it was great value and a lovely quiet relaxing place. Hope to return sometime!

Excellent again!!

Back again!! Excellent as usual. Great, quiet location close to Gleneagles hotel & Auchterarder. Very comfortable, clean, well equipped house. Great BBQ hut & hot tub. Conservatory easily seats 6. Easy access to golf course & if you don't play there are excellent walks round the course. Highly recommended.

What can I say - the photos do not do this holiday home justice!

Fantastic property, location, hot tub and BBQ Hut!

So clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

I cannot recommend this enough and will certainly be sharing my views with anyone that will listen.

Owners and Alison gave us good suggestions and were very helpful and accommodating. 10/10 !

Nearest Airport : Edinburgh - Glasgow at 50 Miles Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

St Andrews only 45 minute drive, dubbed by its natives as ‘the auld grey toon’, is a historic coastal settlement best known for its university. Take in its most famous sights, the ruined castle and Cathedral. Alternatively, wander the idyllic West Sands to gain the maximum effect of the therapeutic seaside air.

Travel:

Gleneagles is situated close to Auchterarder in the heart of Scotland between Perth and Stirling on the A9. The property is easy to locate, just a one hour drive from the international airports of Edinburgh and Glasgow. If you prefer to travel by train, Gleneagles Station is on the main London to Inverness line.

Distances:

Auchterarder Village is only a 2 minute drive from the property, Perth is 20 minutes, Stirling 30 minutes, Edinburgh and Glasgow 1 hour. Great selection of tourist attractions are within easy reach. Beautiful unspoilt drives through the Perthshire hills are both tranquil and breath taking. There is a superb Swimming Pool Complex in Perth c/w free form Leisure Pool, 2 Flumes, Whirlpools etc and Health suite. The Kiddies Lagoon provides a shallow area as well as a slide for younger children.

A deposit of 25% for a one week booking and 50% on any booking less than 7 nights secures yours stay, balance is due 28 days prior to arrival c/w 100 refundable breakage deposit. In the event any cancellation the deposit is refunded if the property is re-let over the period booked, 15% of the total cost may be retained to cover administration costs.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible depending on availability. Arrival normally 4pm - departure is 10.30am, these times may be changed depending on bookings either side of your chosen dates. We will always try to accommodate any special requests

Weekly Prices are for a 7 night stay, 3 night stays may be available, 7 night and longer bookings take preference over shorter enquiries. Hot Tub preparation fee is 35.
