About Sharon Mason

I was born in St Ives in Cornwall and now live in Derbyshire probably in a part of the country which is the furthest away from the sea! I love Spain, the people and the way of life and when I eventually retire from work would love to spend the winter months in Spain.

When buying the apartment there was a choice as to poolside, ground floor, with or without a garden. This particular apartment was chosen as it is ground floor, south facing, has its own private garden area and is situated away from the pool area so that our guests can relax.

Whilst originally I did not plan to be involved with holiday letting. Over the past few years I have welcomed some really lovely guests to both our Denia apartment and to the apartment at Cumbre del Sol which is also advertised with Owners Direct Reference number S9705 and over those years many guests have returned each year which speaks volumes.

The apartment itself is modern with onsite facilities including a gym, sauna, children's play area, communal gardens and pool,

The location of the apartment means that it is within walkable distance of all amenities, restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. In addition the port where there are day trips both up and down the coast and a ferry to Ibiza. Likewise the train station and bus depot are local.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment can be used as a base to travel around the area with plenty to see and do or alternatively as purely a relaxing break. There is something for everyone here and with easy access it is an ideal place for families with children and with those with walking disabilities with lift access to the apartment and underground as well as on street free parking.

Elegance Appartment Denia

This is a well situated apartment within walking distance of the town and beach and very close to two supermarkets. We had driven down to Denia and had bikes with us which made a huge difference. Denia is a delightful lively town and the beach is terrific, miles of golden sand.

The apartment itself has sun all day long and has a spacious paved garden as well as a sun terrace. There are a lot of steps ,maybe not so not suitable if you have very small children. The apartment faces onto a busy road , but is completely enclosed, so very safe.

We were there in March, so appreciated having cable TV in the evenings. WIFI is available, but we could only access it by going to the computer suite, where there is also a library and children's soft play area

Very cosy and cute apartment!

Our family has spent a wonderful month in this nice apartment. Everything you need is there: modern furniture, huge sunny terrace, all the facilities. The apartment blocks features a huge swimming pool, gym and sauna. It is situated in the walking distance to the town centre and port. The beach is just 500-600m far. There is also an Aldi shop wihin a walking distance.

The host is very caring and the local adviser is very helpful and responsive.

Yo will definitely enjoy the stay!

great apartment

had a great 2 week stay, easy walking distance to shops beach ect, apartment is south facing so had sun all day in the lovely patio and garden. apartment had everything needed, home from home. would definitely return

Well located and comfortable apartment in Denia

We spent 2 weeks in this apartment with our young children and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The facilities were modern and well maintained, air conditioning and washing machine especially useful for us. The pool area is not gated but has a grassy area around it for loungers, towels etc. Restaurants, beaches, supermarkets are all walkable. Bigger supermarket/hippermercado Eroski a drive away if required.

Well appointed apartment in quiet location but easily accessible to Denia and surrounding areas

We visited the area and stayed in this property in November which meant is was quiet. The weather was excellent so the on site communal pool and nearby beach were welcome! The centre of Denia is a 2 min drive or 10 minute walk away so the apartment is in a great location. A large supermarket is also close by. The apartment itself had everything we needed and secure parking underneath the apartment block was very welcome.

All the arrangements for booking the apartment, directions for getting there and meeting our contact to arrange access to the car park and apartment itself were very straightforward.

A non returnable 25% deposit is required at time of booking balance due 10 weeks before arrival date. A £150 Refundable breakages/damages deposit, returned within 21 days providing, the keys have been returned and no damage/losses have occurred.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover days in order for our guests to take advantage of the lower cost flights. (We also provide 10 day out of season holiday letting at discounted rates). The apartment is accessible from either Alicante or Valencia airports.

Notes on prices:
We are able to accept most major credit cards. September 2016 until June 2017 up to ten nights for £299 per apartment. During the same period stay for four weeks for £699. The same terms apply from September 2017 through to June 2018. Quoted prices are for the apartment per week. Discounts are available for long term winter lets.

Whereby cancellation of a guests holiday is necessary. The owner of the apartment will endeavour to source alternative accommodation. Whereby this is not possible or agreed by the guest the full amount paid by the guest will be reimbursed immediately and in addition a 5% compensation payment added to the returned payment

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
