The apartment has climate control air conditioning, Sky and French digital TV in all 3 bedrooms and internet access, There is a reserved parking space in the underground car park, and another reserved parking space close to the building. Immaculately furnished, the whole atmosphere is open and light with colours blended throughout. 20" Sony flatscreen TVs in all bedrooms (with full Sky package and French digital TV controlable in each bedroom).

Hi Joseph thank you for a wonderful stay in your Apartment. The apartment is lovely and very well equipped, really couldn't have asked for any more. During or stay we managed to visit Nice, Grasse and Monaco, as well as fitting in some scuba diving, so I think everybody was happy!

Casinos, prestigious stores, restaurants, yachting, golf. Cannes offers all the advantages that make a place exceptional. Mandelieu and Mougins golf courses are within 10 minute drive and open all year. The proximity to Nice airport also puts you just a few hours away from the major capitals. A car is recommended for seeing all the places so near, Monte Carlo, St Tropez, hilltop villages - Eze, Grasse - perfume etc. There is a fast TGV train from Cannes centre. Italy is 60 mins, away and boats in Cannes harbour serve San Remo, St Tropez, Monaco and the Golden Islands. There are ski resorts within 90/120 minutes of Cannes. It’s in the old town and its famous Suquet that we advise you to begin your visit to Cannes. You can get here from various directions by following the gentley sloping lanes intersected by picturesque stairways where the pedestrian is king. Things to see: the ramparts, musée de la Castre, square tower and the religious buildings. An exceptional view point over the town, port, Croisette, Iles de Lérins and over a large part of the bay of Cannes. On foot from the old town, the soul of Cannes, the Forville market and its ring of food shops (butchers, delicatessens, fishmongers bakers, wine merchants, etc.) will allow you to discover one of the aspects of a town eternally famous for its shopping. You will also enjoy the exceptional geographical location of Cannes which is ideal for short excursions to Grasse, Mougins and Antibes.

Outside: This residence includes 2 swimming pools, shaded grounds of 13 hectares, bordering the 35 hectare Croix des Gardes Park. The development is only 700 m away from the shops. There is easy access with a bus stop within 100 m linking to the centre of Cannes in 10 minutes and to Nice International airport. The beach is also 5 minutes away by car. The residence is also 10 minutes away from the A8 motorway exit (Cannes / Croisette) and is only a 7 minute drive from the Croisette via Boulevard du Riou. Surrounded by mimosa bushes, the residential building offers spacious terraces and large windows letting in the light, each with an underground garage or an outside car park. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels & linen, a meet & greet service, an end of stay clean, and tourist tax is included in the price.
