Studio in Menthon Saint Bernard, Annecy, French Alps - 200 m from the Beach and Tennis Courts and 5 minutes from the Village

Our studio “La Savoyarde” is situated in an old house in one of the liveliest villages along the lake, just 200 metres from the beach and tennis courts. The lay-out of the studio has been totally re-designed with a view to rationality and luxury. You will find a superb open plan kitchen with a bar, a vast dining area, a relaxation area with a Charles Eames armchair facing the television and the “Bose” hi-fi system for film and music lovers. The superb bathroom, separate wc, luxury bedding and exceptional luminosity due to two windows and three skylights will make you feel like never leaving. All water and Alpine sports are nearby (golf, riding, cross country cycling, paragliding) and the huge cellar available to you will enable you to stock all your equipment. The perfect place for a perfect holiday for two.

Brilliant accommodation.

This property was excellent. It was located near a small village where it was possible to purchase most of your requirements. The layout sounds small but, in fact, it had every possible amenity to a very high standard and for two people it was more than adequate. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained, inside the Studio. The building was very old which added to its charm. There were no facilities for sitting outside the building but this was no problem because 200 metres away was Lake Annecy which had plenty of seats or sunbathing areas, if that is what you require. Alexandra, the owners daughter was fantastic with us. She helped us to find the accommodation easily, by phone, she explained everything thoroughly to us, she was always available if we needed to speak with her and was most helpful and kind. I would certainly recommend this Studio to any couple looking for a quiet, relaxing and calm holiday. We spent a long time walking and sitting by the lake. There was a lovely restaurant nearby which we frequented often. We only found the two flights of stairs to the Studio a little prohibitive because we are somewhat disabled but after a fortnight there we managed fine. Lovely lovely place.

Beautiful little flat, home from home!

This is a lovely little flat - we stayed for a week and were very content.

The location is fantastic - 5 min walk to the lake, 5 min walk to the village centre, 10 min drive into Annecy around the lake.

The flat has parking, and is very modern with all the mod cons. Its very well decorated, lovely shower and very comfy bed.

Plenty of local guide material provided (restaurants, activities etc).

Can't recommend enough - if we come back to Annecy area we'll definitely stay here again!

perfect accomodation

All I can say is this studio is absolutely perfect. Not only is the studio stunningly designed and comfortable, the landlords are extremley helpful. Its close to everything you need. We really enjoyed the studio and will definately stay there again.
