The location is perfect for surfing as visitors from all over come to seek the superb conditions just 150m to the beach, so suit family holidays or just to relax and soak up the views or walks. There are plentiful nearby attractions such as Ilfracombe, Croyde Bay, Morthoe, Saunton Sands. Surf schools and life Guards operate on Woolacombe beach to keep you safe. The apartment is equipped with LCD TV, surround sound, DVD, Sky freeview basic package, leather sofa/bed, top spec. Kitchen, use of wet room with wet suit drying and steam room to relax after a day on the beach. The landscaped rear gardens are terraced which rise up to the barbeque areas with other patios that are shared with the other 7 apartments but are sectioned off into private areas that overlook the entire bay. It also comes with private parking.

My wife and I live in Nottinghamshire with our 3 children, we have been going on holiday for years in this unspoilt area prior to us buying, which we feel is the perfect holiday destination.

We jumped at the chance to own part of this development with its 5 * feel and location as the blue flag beach and town with its many bars ,restaurants and shops are so close.There is use of a steam room which is very welcome after a day on the beach or surfing. so few places come with such views from the patio and gardens,i hope you enjoy it as much as we all do - from Phil and Julie Robinson.

What makes this apartment unique

One of the most unique benefits of this superbly equipped apartment is to just sit on the patio looking across the beach and out to sea with its surfers until the sun drops into the ocean on the horizon.

Notes on accommodation: There is full central heating via digitally controlled combi system with radiators. Outside: The apartment has a private area to the side of the main building which has 2 patio areas (furniture suppied), one which is set back from the front aspect and one which has the views of the beach etc. The landscaped rear gardens are terraced with various seating areas and barbeques which has beautiful views over the house of the beach, coast, sea and town. There is private parking to the front for 1 car which is important as it is so close to the beach and town. The nearest restaurant / bar is approx 80m and also overlooks the beach. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels can be provided £3 per towel - bed linen is included for two double beds, put-up single bed linen will be charged at £10. Cleaning included on departure (there is a washing machine/dryer in the kitchen if required to clean them in between). Other: Storage room for the coats, put up bed and high chair, also vacuum cleaner. Communal wet room, wets-suits and surfboard store and use of the large steam room.

Property clean good location parking good close to sea.

Found double bed very small and matress worn out could do with changing.we had noisey people above awoken at 6.00 in morning and up till 1.00 before kids stopped jumping up and down on beds! So sleeping wasnt good and wouldnt return for those reasons which is ashame but we both work hard and look forward to our breaks however long or short.

Ideal location, lovely apartment

Spent 3 nights here with a teenager and a 10 year old. Apartment is as close to the beach as you can get, ideal for children. Easy relaxed little town. Apartment spotless, with a great patio with a sea view. It was cold but we wrapped up and ate outside anyway! We had everything we needed, kitchen a good size to prepare a decent meal. Bathroom new and comfy sofa, plenty of storage. The only thing I would change are the bed, so lumpy (!) and the hoover ( smelly!), but we coped! Would revisit and will recommend!

Perfect location

The property itself was very snug and placed perfectly placed for access to the beach. However, a few finer touchs would have made it even better.

A welcome pack, towels would have made this a better break.

Parking is ok as there are allocated spaces per dwelling along the road.

A great beach for families with young children and those looking for evening strolls.

Lovely Cosy Place

Bit of confusion with the key collection, but after calling owner soon sorted the confusion.

The place itself was cosy and very clean, my family live just up the road and this was very handy for us and will keep this in mind for when visiting again.

With its own car space was a big bonus in Woolacombe as parking can be difficult and cost a lot.

Wonderful place

We were totally spoilt by the weather - 2 out of 3 days warm sunshine at the end of October!!!! In addition to that, this is a lovely little property with all the facilities needed for a short break. You more or less fall out of the front door onto the beach. Close to all the necessary shops, restaurants etc. while also being out of the way of all the hustle and bustle. We would definitely visit again.

Location

Special interest holidays:

The Woolacombe Surf School is open with a long season to help you learn to surf and enjoy the waves safely.

Coast/Beach:

Approx 150m to Woolacombe’s beach which is a 3 mile long golden sandy/surfing beach that has won the England for excellence, the blue flag, premiere seaside and the gold award best British beach. The beach has surf patrol and life guards as it has some of the best surf conditions in the UK.

Travel:

The North Devon coast is one of the more easy to drive to destinations as the m5 junction 27 is approx 60 mins drive.

Distances:

Woolacombe’s shops etc., are approx 200m away. The town of Ilfracombe 7 miles. Braunton 8 miles and Barnstable 15 miles. Exmoor is approx 18 miles.

Further Details:

The town of Woolacombe has numerous bars, restaurants, a mini market, post office ,clothes and surf shops, mini golf course, pitch and put, cafes beach shops, etc.
