This luxury penthouse apartment is situated in the popular village location of Kapparis. Kapparis is situated just outside the lively family resort of Protaras and just a short taxi ride away from Ayia Napa. Kapparis has a wonderful selection of bars, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Recent additions to Kapparis include a wine bar, bakery, hairdressers, bank with ATM. Fireman’s bay is within easy walking distance along with several other sandy coves overlooking the beautiful waters of Cyprus. Local activities include water sports, scuba diving and numerous boat trips including trips to the famous ghost town of Famagusta. This top floor apartment gives amazing views of Kapparis, the sea and surrounding area, not forgetting the fantastic view of the swimming pool from the balcony. The secluded swimming pool is situated within landscape gardens and also has a children’s shallow pool separated from the main pool. Beside the pool area, are situated shower and toilet facilities.

Well located for a great family holiday and very well equipped apartment. Would recommend this to anyone.

As I am disabled, it has everything I require within easy access, fantastic views and very disabled friendly. Very peaceful location, but close to nightlife for those who want it. Can't recommend this place highly enough. I will be returning again this year and hopefully for many more years to come.
