Situated on the Popular 'Clube Albufeira' Complex. Now with FULL satellite SKY TV package - Sports & movies

The large patio/terrace area, with built in BBQ is perfect for alfresco dining, chilling and sunbathing. Along with the beautifully landscape private gardens, there is a large 10x5m pool, a separate 3x3m children’s pool and outdoor shower facilities. Casa Vida offers security by electric window shutters and an alarm system. There is a roof terrace which boasts fantastic 360 degree views and also offers a very secluded spot for sunbathers. The games room is situated on the lower level and consists of a pool table and a football games machine. Car hire is not necessary as the villa has everything one would wish for and a home from home feel. It also has the added benefit of being located on the popular Club Albufeira complex, with its 4 communal pools, 4 bar/restaurants, children's park and supermarket. Guests staying on the complex have full use of all the facilities at the nearby camping Albufeira.

About Beverley Walker

Hi, my name is Beverley; I am married to Gary and have 3 daughters, 29, 27 and 14 years of age.

I work as a part time Finance Assistant in one of the local schools.

I am originally from Lincolnshire but now live in the beautiful town of Maldon in Essex.

Why Beverley Walker chose Albufeira

We bought the plot of land in 2006/7 and designed the villa ourselves. All in all Casa Vida took just over a year to build and finish. It has always been an ambition of ours to design and build a property.

We choose Portugal for many reasons... the weather, the beaches and the friendly Portuguese people. We choose Clube Albufeira for the facilities that are on offer and for the fact that the resort is nice and quiet with all the hustle and bustle not being too far away if you need it.

We have equipped Casa Vida for our use as well as the rental market and take great pride in our villa, enquiries and rentals.

What makes this villa unique

Casa Vida is very large, open and spacious. It is very well equipped with toys and games to amuse the children and a pool table and football game to amuse the dads so mums all you have to do is grab a book from the bookshelf downstairs, grab a wine and a sunlounger and relax... something we don't do often!

Everybody enjoys Casa Vida. I take a lot of pride in communicating with my guests to ensure they have the best time ever. So if you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Reading the guest book every year really gives me a sense of immense pleasure and happiness, knowing that all my guests enjoy Casa Vida and the complex as much as my family and I.

Hi Beverley,

Just wanted to say what a lovely holiday we had at the villa, it is such a lovely one with everything you need and it is very tastefully done out.

I am now trying to persuade my husband to let me buy a reclining sofa after using yours on a evening !!

My daughter and her boyfriend spent loads of time in the pool and we had two lovely bbq's on a evening .

We had various trips out and the highlight of my daughter's holiday was swimming with the sealions at Aqua land.

We went down to Oceana on the sea front two evenings for meals where we found the staff and food amazing, they were so excited about the football and we are really pleased Portugal won.

Sonia was also excellent in her duties.

Thankyou once again and we hope to return one day in the future.

Payment in sterling, by cheque or bank transfer. Deposit of 15% required to secure booking, balance due 10 weeks before arrival date.
Any bookings cancelled forfeit deposit. We will do our best to resell your dates and may refund your deposit if your week(s)s are resold.
£400 security deposit is required against possible damage etc, refunded after inspection/cleaning. Security deposit is due with the balance and returned 5-7 days after departure.

Changeover Day:
Any day arrival. Access is available from 5pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure, to allow cleaning/preparation for the next guests (again we can be flexible and will aim to have the villa ready for your arrival).

Sun loungers, patio chairs, tables and dining table and seating for 10. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedlinen and towels are included, but please bring your own pool and beach towels. Cot bedding is provided. Bedlinen and towels are changed once a week for guests staying longer than 7 nights Other: On the lower level there are a 2 bedrooms (1 double with a 5ft bed and 1 twin with 2 single beds).
