Inside there are 6 bedrooms with air conditioning, 5 bathrooms and great living, kitchen and dining areas. Whilst Can Calma is totally tranquil it is just around the corner from everything you’ll want from your perfect Ibiza holiday with famous beaches, restaurants and clubs just around the corner. It is 2 minutes drive from Sa Caleta beach and fish restaurant. It is 3 mins from Cala Jondal beach with its fantastic cuisine and beach clubs (Blue Marlin, Tropicana and Yemanja). 8 mins drive from the pretty village of San Jose with wonderful cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. Salinas beach is 12 mins away (Jockey Club, Sa Trinxa). 3mins to KM5 restaurant/bar. Ibiza town 15 mins.

About the Owner

The house is exclusively managed by Mi Casa Tu Casa Ibiza. We are a small luxury villa management company based solely in Ibiza. We manage a small number of beautiful houses. We handle all the rentals and maintenance and ensure that the villas are very well prepared for holiday rentals and that any issues are resolved asap. Our aim is to ensure all of our guests have unforgettable stays at the villas and in Ibiza. We have three partners; Chantal Henar (Bookings Director), Rob del Castillo (Maintenance Director), Tom Hoddell (Marketing Director). We also have an office manager, Marlin, who handles payments and contracts.We all live full time in Ibiza with our families and all speak English and Spanish. Chantal & Marlin also speak Dutch and German. Our office is in the village of San Jose..

Can Calma is our own house which we bought and lovingly renovated over a three year period. The house is a special place, with a fantastic spirit and very popular with many returning guests. We bought the house because it has stunning sea views, is set in the countryside, and has no close neighbours. It also is only a 2 minute drive from Cala Jondal beach and other south coast bays which a variety of delicious sea food restaurants on.

Ibiza airport 8 mins drive (noise is not an issue as the house is behind hills). Ibiza port 18 mins drive. Car hire is highly recommended.

  • Notes on accommodation: Hairdryer & ipod dock/speaker in each bedroom. Outside: The house sits in a 4000m2 plot and is south facing. There are 4 terraces around the house with various chill out areas with sofas as well as a roof top chill out area. By the pool there are sun loungers for 10 which include large double beds with covers, plus parasols. There is a BBQ, 'outside kitchen' and two outside dining areas both with tables and seating for 10. The pool is 12m x 5m, not heated but is swimable from late April until late October. There is a petanque pitch and a basic outdoor gym. Utility Room: Laundry room with dryer, washer and fridge/freezer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: High quality bed linen and towels provided. Housekeeping on Saturdays (change over day) and Wednesdays. Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Additional cleaning can be arranged. Baby sitting can be booked with advance notice. Other: Separate kids TV/DVD area.
