Apartment in Warsaw, Poland - Peaceful Location just a few steps away from the Old Town Market and the Royal Castle

The two bedroom apartment is in the best street (Why? - close to everything but very pretty and quiet) in the Stare Miasto. “The Old Town”, the heart of Warsaw; is full of sights that should not be missed during your stay (castles, churches, etc.) as well as a wide range of great restaurants, cafes, and bars for all tastes. You will also find a range of shops specialising in Antiques and Amber as well as the more practical local grocery shops (deli/bakery/wine merchants), chemists, Forex, a post office etc., which are all just a short stroll from your relaxing home in Warsaw. The Old Town Square, Barbican, Royal Castle and other attractions are just 1 to 2 mins away from the apartment and the famous Krakowskie Przedmiescie (more cafes & bars) and Nowy Swiat (luxury shopping) Streets are 5 to 10 mins walk through the Old Town. The other areas of interest in Warsaw can be easily reached by walking, or if you prefer by taxi, tram (our favourite), bus or the Metro which are all very close.

Perfect location

Just back from a 3 night stay in this lovely apartment. I was there with my husband and 2 sisters and could not have asked for better accommodation in a perfect location. Property was as described, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. I would certainly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our Flat in Old Town Warsaw!

My boyfriend and I recently stayed in this apartment for a week. The location was amazing, walking distance to all of Old Town and also Nowy Swiat which has a number of trendy restaurants and shops. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there otherwise we would have been able to enjoy the balcony overlooking the trees/garden below (there was also a beautiful apple tree with possibly the best apples we have ever had). We felt secure in the building and area. The old town square was less than a 2 minute walk and getting anywhere around town was very easy and quick with the help of Uber. The apartment has one large bedroom and we used the second for our suitcases however there was a bed and couple have been used by 1-2 more people. The bath and a half was also convenient and the kitchen and living area were nice and had all that we needed.

Upon arrival we were greeted by their property manager who was a delight although she didn't speak much English (we were with Polish speaking friends). She was kind enough to have Polish vodka, chocolates, and fresh bread for us upon arrival.

We would love to stay here again!

What a lovely apartment. Travelled with a friend and we had two good size double bedrooms. Lots of heating and hot water. Fully equipped kitchen. A lovely welcome basket of bread, sausage and a small bottle of vodka which were very welcome when we arrived late afternoon. Just around the corner to the Old Town Square and the view over the river is lovely. A narrow balcony for a bit of outdoor living. Would definitely stay again.

Activity and Interests

Believe it or not there are beaches in Warsaw, in fact on the opposite bank of the Vistula river one of which can be seen from the apartments living room, however we have never ventured over there, as there is way too much to do in the Old Town and the rest of Warsaw!


Warsaw Airport is about 12 miles from the apartment, and depending on your time of arrival/departure the journey should take around 20 to 30 mins and cost no more than PLN 50 (daytime), later at night expect to pay 10-20% more. As mentioned before Trams, Buses, Metros and of course Taxis are all readily accessible once at the apartment, so a hire car is not necessary for Warsaw. If you do plan on having a hire car, please mention this at the time of booking as we will give you some parking tips!

If the apartment is showing as not available, this may be because we or a family member are planning to use it at that time, so if you really want it maybe we can change our plans and let you have it. Changeover Day:
To ensure all guests arrive into a fresh, clean apartment, we usually request departures by 11am, and arrivals after 3pm. If the apartment is vacant either side of your stay then we can of course advise you and allow earlier arrival / later departure.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week/night in UK pounds.We can also accept payments in USD, EUR and will calculate the price at the time of booking.
For stays greater than three nights and less than a week we offer the following:
Stay 4 nights get 5th night at half price. Stay 5 nights get 6th night free. We are also happy to let the property for longer lets (i.e. a month or more) at a reduced rate.

  • Notes on accommodation: The Apartment benefits from an elevated position on an embankment which once formed part of the towns defences thus providing the peaceful open views which are so rare in the Old Town's narrow streets. So although you enter at street level (only five steps to our apartment, which is a huge plus at the end of a long day!), all the rooms look out over gardens to the side and front as if you are on the third floor. The Garden below is well maintained by one of our neighbours, with attractive planting and lovely large trees which you can see from all rooms. We honestly believe this is the best located apartment for those who want to enjoy Warsaw and be in it's heart but benefit from the space, light and peacefulness of Brzozowa. Check out the location on Google Earth and you will see what we mean. Outside: From the Kitchen double doors lead on to the balcony which has a table and four chairs and is the ideal place to have breakfast or unwind with family or friends over a nice bottle of something while you decide if you are ever going to cook an evening meal in the beautiful kitchen or just keep discovering great places to eat out each night. Utility Room: N/A, however there is a washing machine in a cupboard in the entrance hallway, along with an iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and vacuum cleaner. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh linen and towels (1 bath & 1 face per person) are provided on arrival for stays upto 1 week (additional linen changes can be arranged for an additional fee). For stays longer than 1 week a changing service will be agreed upon at time of booking.
