The apartment is furnished to a high standard with everything for your holiday needs. It really is a home from home. The apartment caters for 1-6 people, there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double with en-suite. Bedroom two has two single beds. Each bedroom has ample storage with fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets and mirrors. Also provided for your use are, Free high speed internet access, hairdryer and hair straighteners. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The lounge has two,two seater leather sofa's, coffee table, lamps,TV and DVD player plus iPod dock. The dining room hosts a table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with full electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and toaster and fresh coffee maker. There is a utility room which has a washing machine and butler sink, an iron and ironing board. There is also a washing line available for you to hang bathing suits and towels out to dry.

About Steven Holley

Hello, my name is Steven Holley. I co-own the apartment with my wife, sister and brother in law. We feel very fortunate to own this second home in one of Spains most stunning coastlines. We have welcomed guests from all over the UK and Europe and Australia. Many of our guests have returned to stay year on year some are now into their seventh year.

We have been asked many times, why did we choose othis resort ? Riveiera del Sol is a small resort. however it manages to cater for everything we look for when on holiday. All the facilities one will need when away on holiday. Good restaurants, a few small bars, a nice beach, and good transport routes for excursions. We are ideally placed for the popular resorts of Marbella and Fuengirolla.

We purchased in this area of Spain because of the year round warm climate An average of 327 sunny days a year make this an ideal year round holiday destination.

The apartment is located in the small friendly resort of Riviera del Sol. We are situated in an residential area so things are very quiet and peaceful. The beauty of our location is that you can tailor your stay to enjoy peace and quiet, or if you'd rather, you can enjoy all the excitement the towns of Marbella and Fuengirolla ( 8 & 15 km away) have to offer.

For golf enthusiasts we are next to the world famous Miraflores golf course. There are over 30 golf courses to choose from. Every course offers a unique test of golf. We are happy to offer recommendations as what we regard as the best courses to play.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment complex has it's own pool set in stunning botanical gardens. Many apartment complexes whilst attractive, do not have pools and gardens for guests to enjoy (the apartment overlooks the pool). We now offer guests FREE hi speed internet access.

We have on site secure parking. The apartment has it's own designated undercover parking space. A car is not essential but it does help you get out and about to explore this wonderful part of Spain.

Towels are provided as is a change of linen should you require it. To assist you further we have a property management company on 24 hour call should any problems arise with the apartment.

Exceptional

This was our second visit to this beautiful apartment. We stayed for 6 weeks and it really felt like our second home. Everything has been thought of and the whole place is immaculately clean, comfortable and cosy. We were especially pleased to see that super fast wifi had been installed since our last visit which made a huge difference. The help given by both Steven, the owner and Carl from the property management company was excellent. We had a problem with the dishwasher which was sorted immediately and a new one was in place in just a couple of days. We had our own car with us which does make exploring this area easier but there is a good bus service at the bottom of the hill and plenty of taxis.

We returned home feeling very relaxed after a great holiday, and would most definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful apartment.

Great apartment!

My friend and I were after a quiet break for some sun and relaxation and this place was perfect. Apartment was very clean and tidy. The pool area is lovely too.

We were well looked after by Carl one of the property managers who kindly did our airport run and took us to one of the larger supermarkets on the way to the apartment as we didn't have a car. The owner Steve Holley was also extremely helpful in the lead up to the holiday & checked we were OK while we were out there. Thank you to all, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic

spent 2 weeks in the apartment clean and homely quiet days by the pool secluded and quiet will definitely be returning hired a car for the duration but not used much as taxis are cheap and all restaurant's recommended where local played golf fantastic local course needed a good break got one would highly recommend

Very homely a little home away from home.

I arrived in Malaga on my own as I need to go to the Sun as much as possibly for health reasons. I was anxious about going to a new place on my own to experience new things. The whole experience was amazing, Paul and Carl (the property management team) picked me up from the airport for a small cost and took time out to take me to the local supermarket, they made time for me and made me feel so welcome!! Then I arrived to the apartment they help me up with the food shop and show me indoors.. Well all I can say it felt so lovely and homely and I settled in there straight away it didn't feel like your usual apartment that you rent abroad but a little haven that you want to look after! Steve Holley ( the owner) was so helpful and approachable from start to finish, thank you Steve. I now class this little haven as my second home. Absolutely loved it there!!! cant wait to return in August xxx

Brilliant apartment and location

Everything went perfectly from key collection when we arrived to our departure two months later.

We would recommend this modern apartment unreservedly. It is perfectly situated to tour the whole of the Costa del Sol area if one wishes. The owners have thought of every detail. It even comes with its own parking and remote access.

The two full bathrooms are a real bonus. The kitchen even has a utility room off the side with laundry and a separate sink.

The balcony is spacious enough to eat meals out there. It overlooks the immaculate pool and lawns. The pretty unspoiled fishing village of La Cala is a few minutes drive away. We went there often to shop...eat...and sit at the many beach bars.

We will be coming back again soon.

Special interest holidays:

Situated in one of the Costa del Sol's most picturesque areas guests can use the apartment as an ideal base to go walking, skiing, golfing. There are many places of interest to visit. The city of Malaga and it's museums. The Alcazaba (Arabic fortress) Malaga cathedral, The Picasso home museum. Guests can also enjoy the hustle and bustle of the towns of Marbella and Fuengirolla. For the more adventurous a trip the port of Algeciras where you can board a ferry to Morocco and Tangiers. Still feeling adventurous ? You can take a two hour drive to Granada and the Sierra nevada montains. Apre ski in the morning cocktail on the beach in the afternoon. Those who want to just relax and unwind then we are in the perfect location. The apartment is set in beautiful botanical gardens with a swimming pool with water fall.

Coast/Beach:

A fifteen minute walk will get you to the beach, known locally as Riviera beach, it's safe for children. Five minute drive or by bus takes you to the lovely beaches of La Cala and Capo Bino. All three beaches offer an ideal family day out with lots to do. Pedalo's and various other beach activities. You can walk from Riviera beach to La Cala or Capo Bino there are beach side bars and restaurants along the way so you can take a leisurely stroll enjoying the sea sun and sand.

Travel:

Malaga international airport is 35 minutes away Gibralter airport is 50-60 mins away. Hire cars are available from both airports. There is a bus and train service that run from Malaga, both will get you to the apartment. We can, if you wish, recommend fully licensed taxi transfers for you to and from the apartment. Rates are very competitive.

Distances:

Marbella is 10 miles Fuengirola is 8 miles and Gibraltar is approx an hours drive. There is a regular bus service and coach excursions to all the resorts including Gibralter if you do not to wish to drive. There are water parcs in Fuengirolla and Torremelinos there is also a zoo in Fuengirolla (a must see.) Tivoli world in Benalamdena is a theme park for children and adults alike.

Further Details:

Riviera del Sol where the apartment is situated has many shops, bars and banks to help you enjoy your holiday. All of these are a 15 minute walk away (2 minute drive).

When you arrive you will be met at the apartment by our property management company who will hand over the keys and show you round the apartment. If you are arriving after 9pm our management company do charge for the late meet and greet. This is paid directly to them. Cost is around 40 euro's.

We offer guests the chance to have food packages available on arrival. They do take away the stress of having to worry about having food essentials when you arrive especially if you have flight delays or are arriving at the apartment late at night. (This is paid for locally to our property management company when you arrive at the apartment.) Simply give us your shopping list and we will do the shopping for you.

We can now offer guests UK TV many areas of Spain and the CostA del Sol have lost access to UK TV. We have a fix and can now offer BBC 1 & 2 ITV and Channel 4

Booking Notes:

Guests now have the option of online secure payment for their added security. However, please note. Owners direct take a service charge for this option which is paid by you the holiday maker. This can add over £100 extra to your booking. So, if you'd rather, you can pay direct bank transfer or PayPal to avoid this charge. Please speak to us first. The choice is yours. To start your booking, £50 (per week) deposit secures your holiday. (This is non refundable). Balance of payment is three weeks prior to arrival. We do ask for a £250 security deposit which is over and above the cost of your stay. This is to cover breakages and damage to the apartment. Provided there are neither your security deposit is refunded in full seven days after your return home. Prices are based on stays of one week. We are happy to quote for shorter stays.

Changeover Day:
We understand that booking the cheapest flights means different arrival and departure days. We have a 24 hour turn round between guests arriving and leaving. Please call us so we can tailor your holiday to suit you or click on the availabilty calendar.

Notes on prices:
All prices quoted are inclusive of utilities. Water and Electric. Prices quoted are for renting the apartment and not per person.

The apartment is available for long term rental. Long term is a continued period longer than 4 weeks or a minimum calendar month. Please contact us for a competitive quote. This option is only available during the Winter period.

Finally. Please check our availability calendar for available dates. We allow guest pets. We do charge extra for cleaning if guests do decide to bring their pets.
