2nd floor luxury apartment in exclusive Limassol Star development situated close to St Raphael marina near Le Meridien Hotel.

The apartment is easy to get to from either Paphos or Larnaca airport, both less than 1 hour drive away.

This apartment is situated in a great location outside the main tourist area of Limassol but within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

It is on the beach side of the coast road so no busy roads to cross to get to the beach which is only approximately 250 metres walk away.

At the Le Meridien beach front during the high season there is plenty of water activities available including jet skis, diving and banana boat rides!

Further along the beach towards the St Raphael Hotel is a quieter area to enjoy and there is also an exclusive marina with luxury yachts to admire!

There is a communal swimming pool and tennis courts located very close to the apartment which are available for guests to use.

The living area is well furnished with an open plan living/kitchen area.

There is a dining table with seating for 4 and a lounge area with DVDs, CDs and books.

There is an outside balcony area which is great for alfresco dining which looks towards to sea.

There is a double bedroom and twin bedroom with ample cupboard space for storage.

The bathroom is fully tiled with shower over bath.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and these unit also provide heating in the cooler months if required.

There are solar panels on the roof which provide some of the hot water to the apartments.

There are several bars, cafes, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

The main tourist area of Limassol is easily accessible by car, taxi or bus (there is a bus which travels to the Limassol centre from outside Le Meridien Hotel).

I live in London with my partner and 2 young sons. I work in the recruitment industry. I have travelled much of the world but continue to return to Cyprus. The weather is great and there is always something for everyone.

We have owned the apartment since 2004 although it was only ready in 2008. It has used as a holiday home since then.

We have a few regular visitors who have returned to the apartment on more than a couple of occasions. It is used as a great base from which to travel to other parts of the island or just to relax and watch the world go by.

We recently returned to Cyprus for our summer holiday and had a fantastic time. My boys can now swim and loved spending as much time as possible by the pool.

This was a very relaxing place to stay property was set close to the sea very close to hotels but quite a distant from the town so car hire is advisable. the bus route is regular and runs along the coast.

The apartment was clean and tidy and up to date. the pool was a short walk from the apartment and was very clean with residents only.

The stay was relaxing and quiet so good if you do not want to be among the clubs etc. Very enjoyable I would recommend and a good home from home to stay with everything to hand!

We found the apartment well equipped,clean and even better than the website suggested.

The swimming pool was a stone's throw away and had a changing room,toilet and lovely sun beds and umbrellas.The local cafe and shop were brilliant and the sea was close enough to walk to.

The only improvement we would suggest would be to replace the pillows in both bedrooms.

Great holiday!

Lovely apartment. Area is quiet and well kept. communal pool is nice too! Not far from the beach-all you need! Will be returning!

At the top of this market

If you are reading this then you'll probably know what you are looking for regarding your stay in Limassol. Now you just need some insight to help you determine whether this apartment is suitable.

The owners description and information provided regarding location etc is accurate and the photographs of the accommodation do indeed reflect what you'll find, which is the first positive.

So what else?

It is very clean and in great condition.

It is well equipped, every appliance works and it's furnished to make your stay comfortable.

It is on the top of 3 floors in a block of mixed rental and residential and the whole development is very well maintained.

It has sea views and plenty of afternoon sunshine, just right for 'sun-downers' if you aren't out and about.

We know Cyprus, Limassol and this development well and view this apartment more favourably than most.

So our recommendation?...don't think too long on booking it, we will be returning frequently.

I bought the apartment off plan following a recommendation from a Cypriot friend living in London. The area is highly regarded as a premier site in Limassol. It is easy to reach from either Paphos or Larnaca airport giving a greater range of flight times and access. It is away from the central tourist area of Limassol but within easy reach of it. The apartment is a short walk to the local shops and the beach which is great for kids.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Larnaca at 52 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : A1 at 3 Kilometres Nearest Ski : Troodos Mountains at 62 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Beach at Le Meridien Hotel at 250 Metres Car: recommended


5 minutes walk to the sandy beach. A variety of watersports is available by the beachfront of Le Meridien Hotel.


Paphos airport approximately 45 minutes drive. Larnaca airport approximately 40 minute drive. Car hire is recommended although not essential. There is a regular bus service from Le Meridien Hotel to the centre of Limassol.


Located between the famous Le Meridien and St Raphael hotels in the Amathus area of Limassol.

Only 4 kilometres from the main tourist area of Potamos Yermasoyias and 10 kilometres from the old town.

Further Details:

Local shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. St. Raphael hotel 10 mins walk with affordable sport-club membership available (includes use of the hotel beach facilities with extensive well-equipped playgrounds, sauna, steam bath, free ice-cream, towels etc). There are also many treaments available at the St. Raphael spa including massages, manicures and facials in treatment rooms for both men and women.

Many watersports available on the beach front at Le Meridien Hotel. Many of the nearby hotels host beach weddings, making this apartment the perfect place to stay if you are organising your own wedding or attending a wedding as a guest.

We have returned back to Cyprus several times since purchasing the property and have taken the opportunity to travel extensively on the island. Most places are within easy travel distance of the apartment. You can ski on Mount Olympus during the winter whilst in summer the good weather is almost guaranteed. The people of Cyprus love children and are keen to provide ample opportunity for them to play.
