The property is situated on a spa resort which benefits from 2 outdoor pools, one indoor spa, one outdoor spa together with a sauna and exercise area. All of this is on the doorstep to three world class 18 hole golf courses, which are within a 5 minute drive. A further twelve top quality golf courses can be found within a 30 minute car journey. This apartment is located just 40 minutes from Alicante airport and 15 minutes from Murcia airport. Both airports are serviced by low cost airlines including Easyjet, Monarch and Ryanair.

Notes on accommodation: As the apartment enjoys very high ceilings there is no need for air-conditioning, however there is heating for the colder evening. Please note smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Outside: The apartment has a large front garden, with out door furniture and a elec barbecue, at the rear it enjoys a small patio. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels (bath and beach) are changed weekly also of which is included in the rental price. Other: Modern dining area with table and chairs.

Lovely appt & good facilities.

Property is well kept with all the mod cons you could need..dishwasher, washing machine, large TVs, lots of wardrobe space and extra large shower. Everything was clean, tidy with little wear or tear, comfortable surroundings.

Angie is the lovely lady who looks after the property and can help organize airport transfers if you let her know in good time.

The 2 pool's/jacuzzi/spa facilities are well maintained and a life guard attendant is on duty most of the time.

I would advise booking a hire car as the nearest shop is a 10 minute walk which can seem far when its really hot. We walked to Villa Martin Plaza (20-25 mins approx.) which has nice restaurants/bars/music; the Hen's Teeth was very good. Paddy's Point is further in the opposite direction...(towards the beach) & also good food. Taxi's are quite reasonable to get about, 5-6 euros to Villa Martin & 7-8 euro to La Zenia strip.

The only minor downfall is no air conditioning, especially during peak temperatures July/Aug. Only 1 mirror in the appt. which is in the bathroom so a queue to get in there for make up & use hairdryer. Searched but never located the sun loungers which were in the photo's?? could have done with fold up deck chairs to sit comfortably at the pool.

Overall this is a lovely appartment, well kept, very comfortable and no problem sleeping as quiet location.

Just wanted to Thank you very much for allowing us to use your fabulous property for our holiday this year; we had an Amazing time, your Villa is equipped with everything we could have needed, right down to the Cool Box for our days at the beach..

The Pool and extras at the Villa were some of the best we have experienced while holidaying in the area for the past 7 years.

Your Villa was well situated for pleasant evening strolls to either La Zenia or VillaMartin...

I had hired a car but really could have managed a holiday at your location without the transport.

Maggie was a lovely lady and she keeps your place looking brilliant.

Gorgeous apartment

I stayed here over summer with my husband and 2 kids. It was absolutely perfect. A real home from home, with everything in the apartment you could ever need. I'm not sure the photos do this justice though...

The apartment was spacious and close to the pools, which we loved. Someone did say the pool area wasn't of a very high standard, as there were a few tiles missing from the edges and some of the spa facilities weren't working. However, there were notices up saying these were to be repaired.

There were a few restaurants near by, within a 5 minute walking distance, which were ok, and the kids enjoyed going there of an evening. There was quite a large supermarket within walking distance, and a shop next to it which sold everything. Handy as I forgot my phone charger!

Zenia Boulevard was brilliant, a great set up for the kids, but we did need spare clothes as they enjoyed playing in the water! It was a fair trek though to get there, unless there was a quicker way we didn't find! Well worth it though. The beach was even further, and incredibly busy, but that didn't bother us as we tend to stay around the swimming pool on holiday.

The owners of this apartment seemed to have thought of everything, from books and games in the drawers, to inflatables and a cool box for the beach. There were no problems in getting our deposit back and if we ever decided to stay in this part of Spain again, we wouldn't hesitate to come back to this apartment. Even the neighbours were friendly, and there were no problems with noise, from either side or people above.

If you do enjoy going further than the swimming pool, I would recommend the use of a car!

A number of blue flag beaches within a 5 minutes drive.


Alicante airport 40 minutes. Murcia airport 15 minutes.


Torrevieja 10 minutes by car, it's a 'fishing town' with a modern shopping area but a distinctly Spanish flavour with open air restaurants around the marina. Murcia, a very historical city with beautiful Cathedral. Pleasant drive (approx 40 mins inland). We are situated only a few minutes from the motorway system so you are within easy reach of many places of interest eg Lorca, Alicante, Cartegena and many others.

Further Details:

Shops: There are a number of supermarkets, one within a 8 min walking distance which stocks a large range of everyday food. There are large ones within a 5 minutes drive e.g. Consun and Mercadona. Local street market every Saturday morning. Restaurants - 5 minutes walk to commercial centre of Los Dolses, 10 minutes walk to Villamartin Plaza which offers something for everyone, the evening atmosphere is hard to beat anywhere in Europe.
