El Portet, 200 Metres To Beach, 10 Mins Walk To Town, Free WiFi and UK TV In The Villa

The Villa has a very good internal layout with a large lounge and a large Naya overlooking the pool and terrace. The beach of El Portet is 3 minutes walk and the town is a lovely 10 minute walk along the new coastal path, making its position ideal for family members to come and go as they please without driving or parking problems. The plot is 800 square metres and the garden has both shade and sun. There is also a roof sun terrace. All the bedrooms have Air Conditioning and the lounge has ceiling fans but also large doors to the Naya to benefit from sea breezes. You can often hear the waves on the beach at night.

This property is well equipped and laid out in its own right for a very comfortable holiday but the real advantage is the position. You do not need to worry about a car trying to park to go to the beach it really is so close. Family members can do their own thing without any complication and this is what people tell us many times.

Notes on accommodation: There are some internal marble steps which may be a hazard to babies or toddlers. Cot and high chair can be made available by arrangement for a small additional cost. Outside: There are gardens all round the Villa with a variety of trees and palms. There are two large terraces next to each other one sunny one with some shade. There is a BBQ, two tables and six chairs plus six sunloungers. The terraces are private and ideal for looking after younger children playing in the pool which is 9m by 4.5m. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and bathroom towels provided, but not beach towels. Rental includes electricity, air-conditioning, WiFi, pool maintenance and Villa cleaning at the end of the let. Other: Large Naya with table and six chairs. Garage. Plus off street parking for 2/3 cars.

The blue flag beach of El Portet is 3 minutes walk from the Villa and is one of the most beautiful coves you will find on the Spanish Mediterranean coast. Excellent soft sand which extends right into the gently shelving sea making it ideal bathing for swimmers or non-swimmers and it is usually much calmer here, therefore perfect for children. There are rocks either side of the bay which provide fantastic snorkelling with clear water and many interesting fish.


The Villa is about an hours drive up the coast from Alicante Airport, where there are many flights from the UK and plenty of car hire. You could manage easily without a car but to make trips out to the many attractions and places of interest a car is desirable. There is a second route via Valencia Airport which is about an hour and a half away.

Further Details:

There is a small supermarket just down the road and restaurants and coffee bars along the seafront at El Portet.

Walk along the new coastal walkway to Moraira and there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops, banks and supermarkets.

Damage Deposit £250

Booking Notes:
20% non refundable deposit on booking. Balance paid 8 weeks prior to departure, together with a £250 damages deposit which is refundable after departure, after inspection. The Villa is thoroughly cleaned after each let within the rental price, however if the Villa is left in a bad state we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning as charged to us.

Changeover Day:
Changeover is on Saturday; entering at 16.00 and leaving by 10.00.
Keys are handled personally by local Agent who are very flexible but please try to book arrival times at reasonable hour to avoid out of hours charge.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Winter lets and mid week changeovers in low season may be available please contact us with your requirements.

20% deposit to secure the booking followed by the balance plus the security deposit 8 weeks before travel.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
