Apartment in Albir, Costa Blanca, Spain - Centrally Located 2 minutes walk to Beach, 1 minute to Shops

The property is south facing with a part closed and part open terrace making relaxing on the terrace a real pleasure at anytime of the year. Wi-Fi connection for internet. The lounge/diner consists of 2 comfortable sofas coffee table with sat TV (30 English & Scandinavian channels) Hi-Fi, reading light. Hot/ cold air conditioning. Large dining table and chairs leading to open plan fully fitted kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven /hob. The utility room has washing machine & dryer. The colourful gardens are beautifully maintained and the 2 pools enjoy a really private location. The main pool is approx 20 m x 8 with an adjoining paddling pool for toddlers there are plenty of sun loungers to enjoy a relaxing time on the surrounding lawned garden. The apartment has a secure underground parking bay with lift access to apartment.

We have lived here in Albir for nearly 10 years after I was dragged kicking and screaming from blighty.

Funnily enough you can adjust to the chilled out environment and sun filled days that make this part of the coast a delightful place to work and play

We searched high and low to find a corner of the Costa Blanca to call our home.Albir had just what we wanted an active friendly community outside the holiday season but during the summer a laid back charming environment for all ages to be able to relax and enjoy

Outside: Shared pool is surrounded by beautifully kept gardens and lawns size of pool is 20x 8m with a smaller paddling pool for youngsters alongside. Loungers are provided to sun bathe in spacious garden. Utility Room: Sink for hand washing, washing machine and clothes dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment is presented clean with linen and towels provided. Please note a fee of 50€ is charged for cleaning. 200€ or pound bond fully returned on departure.

In a word "PERFECT"

Once the deposit was paid, Martin (owner) kept in touch throughout and was more than happy to answer any questions we had regarding the apartment or resort. We were greeted upon arrival and shown around the apartment and given 3 sets of keys, this was very handy as there was six of us staying. The apartment was very spacious and clean with a fantastic balcony. The balcony was also perfect for sunbathing as it had mostly all day direct sunshine. The pool was spotless and mostly quiet, the gardens surrounding were very well kept too....Oh and there's a lift in the apartment block just in case you was wondering. L'albir is a beautiful little place with loads of cafes and restaurants for eating out, there's one place that did a tasty English breakfast for 3.50 euro or you could go large for 4.50 euro (cafe olas). Benidorm itself is only a 20 min bus ride away, the bus stop is just a 3 min walk away. All the parks and zoo's are vary local to L'albir, at most your 45mins on the bus. I can't fault this apartment or the resort itself, it was simply wonderful. Thanks Martin for letting us stay in your lovely apartment. Andrew & family

"Couldnt Fault It"

Fantastic apartment, location couldn't be better a few minutes walk from the main Albir centre & sea front also providing a terrific sea view from terrace. Facilities great providing en-suite bathroom (shower over bath) to main double bedroom with a separate shower room for the 2 x twin bedrooms. Very large lounge & dining area with a kitchen providing dishwasher, washing machine, cooker & hob with plenty of kitchen utilities & crockery.

Apartment was very clean & well maintained along with the pool facilities which were immaculate, the garden area around the pool was very tidy & offered peaceful surroundings.

We arrived by Shuttle Direct from Alicante airport which was a brilliant service, the driver was unsure where the apartment was so I telephoned Martin to say we had arrived in Albir but a little lost so he spoke with driver to direct him there where he stayed with us until Martin arrived with keys. SPOT ON SERVICE by owner & Shuttle Direct.

Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, the surrounding area with plenty of scenic & beautiful places to visit close by, easily accessible by train or bus. Restaurants are plenty serving some fantastic well priced food.

Wonderful, just perfect, Brilliant location.

We are a family of 4, inc 5yr girl and 9yr old boy. Firstly we were very impressed with our welcome, and introduction to the apartment by John, thank you. The apartment, was more than big enough for us, with 3 bedrooms. The kitchen was very, very well equipped if you decide to tear yourself away from the vast selection of fantastic places to eat (there are LOADS, lots more than we thought!) The air conditioning was welcome at the end of the hot day out. The apartment was first class clean (& I am fussy!) Even a washing machine, so no dirty washing to bring home either! I must say that the shower in the en-suite is 1st class too, better than mine at home. Never a issue with hot water, as can happen in some placesI have been too. The swimming pool and gardens are extremely clean, very well maintained too. Plenty of free sun loungers, plus shaded areas for the younger children. This is a great location, supermarket ( Consum) just 2 mins up the road. Martin the owner even has a shopping trolley to use. Which is very handy, bringing back big water bottles....ok and wine and beer too! The bus stop to Benidorm and Altea are opposite Consum, and are every 10 mins. Tram/train to Alicante & Denia just 10min walk away(near McDonalds)Ps, we didn't have to pay for the childrens travel on the bus or trains either!! This is a FAB apartment and I would highly rec it. Lift to all floors, so no issues there. Thank you Martin, we had a great time x

Albir is wonderfull in April , as well

Hi

We were 2 couple in the apartment for 1 week in april. We have been in Albir many times before , but not in that complex. The apartment was wonderfull, everything was based for a perfect holiday. Plenty of room , the right place in the town - and also a very nice meeting with "the mann with the key" We were well informed about everything and he also gave us some tips for local "hot spots". All together more than enough, to return...
