Thanks very much for rental of the apartment, had a great time, and absolutely loved the place. From the start one of the great things was how easy it was to get to from the airport, and so quick, and on the way there, arriving on top of the cliffs, the views were so unexpected, very Mediterranean, reminded of being down on the Amalfi coast with the fantastic views. The apartment itself was great, the block is quite quiet at the moment, but straight away it feels very welcoming, like a home, but slick, beautifully decorated, and you know instantly you can relax and chill out, inside or on the balcony. I just plugged my iPod straight in, opened the patio doors and cracked open a beer and enjoyed the garden, but that's just me. Again the rooms were just right, comfy beds, all the drawers and cupboard space you need, and very relaxing, which I think sums up the place generally. While you're there you really do feel like you can relax, have a drink, slump and watch a DVD.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment. The property was clean and easily reachable from the airport. There are stunning views across the ocean, lovely resorts and beaches nearby and a pool which was well maintained and a joy to swim in. It was such a relaxing holiday and we will most certainly be back.

5 minutes drive to Port Andratx with all amenities. Good restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Cala Llamp beach club with its amazing restaurant, pool and access to the sea is 5 minutes drive away.

100% payment required for all bookings. Please call or email us to book. We also require a £500 damage deposit on booking. This will be returned on receipt of the keys and after cleaning has taken place. Please report any damage to us immediately.

Changeover Day:
We are very flexible on this off season, Sunday to Sunday for peak season unless agreed with owners. Please call or email for details.

Notes on prices:
Prices are per week in UK Pounds. Please note there is a minimum stay of 7 nights. However we can also accommodate a stay between 7 and 14 nights on a pro rata basis. Please email for a quote stating the exact number of days planned and proposed arrival dates, thank you. Please also note that there is a charge €60 per week for the cleaning which is to be left at the apartment upon your departure for the house keeper. If the funds are not left then a £25 bank charge will apply.

However, because this is a relatively new apartment, only a few are occupied so the pool is a quiet and relaxing place to be. This apartment will suit couples and families of 4. Outside: Huge part covered terrace to the front, side and rear with beautiful dining table and chairs to seat 6, comfy lounge chairs and sofa with side tables, ample sun loungers, various plants and natural rocks. large barbecue and gas space heater. Large shared pool with landscaping and loungers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels included. Cleaning costs 60 Euros per week. Linen changed weekly. Bring your own towels for the pool please. Other: The entire apartment benefits from polished marbled floors and air conditioning, and the building is very secure with key and fob entry.
