The property consists of 3 double bedrooms sleeping 6. There is a private garden and choice of 7 communal pools, situated on the south side of the marina between Cala D'Or and Cala Egos. Centrally located with the marina, the beaches of Es Forti and Cala Egos all approx 5 mins walk away. Supermarket and shops a short walk away. The golf course of Val D'or is a 10 minute drive and is open all year. Cala D'Or is an excellent choice for boating and watersports enthusiasts with a cosmopolitan town centre and lots of restaurants and cafe bars. A perfect family holiday resort.

I have stayed at this villa a few times and I love it, it is very clean and spacious and ideal for families. There are several pools on the complex which are great, the nearest being 2 minutes from the villa. Cala Egos is 5 minutes walk away where there is a supermarket and quite a few restaurants and shops, (we liked Tony's for breakfast). If you want more going on Cala D'or is lovely,busier resort,

I especially like the marina where there are lots of restaurants, Noa being my favourite. Would definitely recommend this villa and I can't wait to go back.

I stayed in this wonderful townhouse in September it was a girls getaway .The location is fantastic the complex is stunning also within a short walking distance to the town centre. The house itself was of a very high standard lovely clean and very spacious it had everything you need for the perfect holiday. Only a short distance is an amazing harbour with wonderful restaurants bars and lovely shops. I would highly recommend this property. We will be retuning next year :)

marina dor townhouse cala egos

This was our first visit to Cala Ego Mallorca ,it will hopefully be somewhere we will be visiting again. Our accomodation on Marina D,or 2 was excellent,the house was a real home from home but with 7 wonderful pools in a beautiful setting . The house was very spacious and furnished to very high standard ,and spotlessly clean all ameneties where very close by with a lovely selection of bars and resturants .CalaD,or is very close with a great choice of shops ,bars and restaurants also ,many set around a lovely harbour. Thank you Kay and John for letting us share your little piece of paradise.Roll on summer 2014 x

Local beaches are Est Forti & Cala Egos beach approx five minute walk away. The beach of Cala Mondrago is a ten minute car ride away, designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, within its own national park.


Approximately 45 minutes from Palma airport. A car is not essential, as once at the house you are close to all amenities.

Secure garden for sunbathing, once the gate is closed small children will not be able to exit the garden. The garden leads out onto a large communal pool which is the at the centre of a square of just over a dozen houses and is quite private, even at peak season the pool is usally very quiet. A smaller pool is located to the right of the house, with a choice of 7 pools on the complex. Utility Room: With hot water boiler and washing machine. Storage for pool toys. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Property will be cleaned & fully prepared for your arrival, for people staying 2 weeks towel & linen change (this does not include beach towels) & house clean after 7 days. Other: Breakfast/morning coffee area on mezzanine floor, patio area with 6 place table, chairs & barbecue.
