Lovely apartment in a good location

This lovely spacious apartment is in a very quiet area and has everything you could possibly need. It has been finished to a very high standard and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. Jan made the booking process so easy and provided information on how to get there and how to access the keys to get in. We can highly recommend it. Thank you once again Jan. And

We are just back from a fabulous holiday in Vale do Lobo and we can't praise Jan and her apartment enough. Much more than we expected and so relaxing. We're already looking to return and know that when we do we can enjoy the very well equipped and comfortable Oswalds! I've already recommended it to folks at home...just hope they don't want to book when we want it! Well done Jan

Great for couples

The property is in a nice quiet location just a 10 to 15 minute walk from the beach and one of our favourite restaurants Maria's. The lounge / kitchen is very comfortable and has all you need for a couple. The terrace captures the sun all afternoon through to evening.

We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning

Fantastic Home from Home

We love Owald Palace and have now visited 6 times. There is everything you could want in a self catering holiday apartment. It is modern and spacious. Ideally placed close to the beach, pool and club house, we hope to enjoy many more holidays there. Catherine & Neil, Chelmsford, Essex.

Our lovely holiday

We really loved our stay in this fabulous spacious and really lovely decorated apartment. The patio was a very comfortable place to sit and relax and the location was really peaceful and relaxing. We plan to return.

Walking time to the beach is 10 minutes. A circuit bus is also available, weekly charge applies.


Faro airport is 20kms by car. Car hire is not essential as a taxi to and from the airport takes 15 minutes and the circuit bus, (card purchase required) provides transport to supermarket, beach and golfing facilities.


By car the nearest towns are: Almancil (10 minutes), Loule (15 minutes), Vilamoura (15 minutes).

Further Details:

Boutiques, banks, restaurants are all available on the resort. A 24 hour medical and security service gives peace of mind whilst travelling. Pools available at the Tennis Centre and stunning Rotunda at the beach. (Charge may apply) Family entertainment, evenings during the Summer months.

A short drive to the local historical market town of Loule. Ideally located to access the many attractions and water parks in Central Algarve.
