Maison Q is set in a delightful position at the head of a quiet cul-de-sac, overlooking a stream and private woodland, yet within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. It has 4 good-sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious through lounge/dining room, a private pool with surrounding patio and a summer kitchen with built-in BBQ and dining table to seat 8. Quillan is an attractive market town situated on the banks of the river Aude and in the foothills of the Pyrenees. It is ideally situated for visiting all the Cathar castles, local lakeside beaches, the nearby mountains and the Mediterranean coast. There is plenty to do for all ages - as active or as realaxing a holiday as you wish to make it!

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean towels and bedlinen are included in the price, and the property will be cleaned and towels and linen changed between visits. Other: Access from living room to large balcony with tables and chairs overlooking stream and woodland.

Refundable Damage Deposit £200

Booking Notes:
Once we have been contacted with a booking request, we will reserve requested dates for one week pending receipt by us of a signed booking contract and a non-refundable booking deposit of 20%. The balance payable will be due at least eight weeks prior to start of rental period, together with a security deposit of £200 against material breakages and damage, which will be refunded in full within ten days of departure, subject to inspection.

Changeover Day:
Changeover dates are flexible except for the months of July and August (Saturdays only). Access on day of arrival from 4pm and return of key by 10am on date of departure. Subject to availability, additional days will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Notes on prices:
10% discount offered for a booking of two weeks or more.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
