Villa in Javea, Costa Blanca - Stunning Views of Montgo Mountain

Casa Alamy stands on a 1000sq.m plot, with breathtaking views of the surrounding national park and Montgo Mountain. There is ample accommodation for up to six adults, and has a private 8x4m swimming pool, set in landscaped gardens. The outdoor terrace area is partly covered, and has plenty of room for entertaining and dining. There is also a large, sloping lawned area. Golf courses, tennis and scuba diving are in easy reach by car. Casa Alamy lies in Costa Nova, 2km from La Granadella beach, 5km from El Arenal Beach, and 5km from Javea Town and port.

Excellent villa, stunning views and quiet location

The villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood and has a stunning view to hills covered with pine forests, Montego mountain and a lighthouse. The house is well maintained, clean and well equipped (including beach accessories). Very good internet connection. Petanque and tents courts are within 5 minutes drive. The closest pebble beach Granadella is only 2 km away - very beautiful but often crowded. The closest sand beach is in Javea but it is worth to go to Denia - beaches are wide, long and not crowded at all, ideal for all sports. Javea old town is worth seeing as well as Moros y Christianos festival which takes place in July. We are considering renting the villa again next year.

A very big Thankyou

We had a fabulous holiday in this lovely villa which is both very clean and very well maintained with lots of home from home touches. The villa has amazing views and stunning surroundings with lots of relaxation areas to enjoy the various aspects. There are lots of lovely and very reasonably priced eating and drinking places within walking distance or a short drive away - Thankyou for a great holiday ! Joanne and Michael (Leicester)

Activity and Interests


The villa is within a 10 minute drive of the following beaches: La Grava, El Arenal, Cala Blanca, La Barraca o Portitxol, Ambolo, La Granadella.

La Granadella is a 20min walk away but takes 30mins to return as it is a fairly steep climb.


The villa is located in between Alicante and Valencia airports. Car hire is essential - driving time from Alicante is approximately 1hr 15mins.


The old town of Javea, which has a market every Thursday, & Javea port are both within 15 mins. drive

Further Details:

There are a few restaurants, bars & also tennis & petangue courts all within walking distance.

There are plenty of major supermarkets & mini markets within 10 mins drive.

A £150 refundable breakage deposit will be required at this time.

  • Notes on accommodation: The villa has the added benefits of central heating and is on mains gas (not bottled). No smoking and no pets allowed. Cot/high chair can be arranged for an additional charge. Outside: Patio doors from dining rooms opens to covered naya, with table and chairs for six people, leading onto an open naya and large terraced area around the 8x4m private pool, with outdoor shower and brick barbecue. The large landscaped garden is mainly laid to lawn, with shingle terracing rock boulders, railway sleepers, pine and fruit trees. Utility Room: Laundry room accessible from the terrace, housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service every Saturday, pool is cleaned weekly, twice a week during high season, Towels (but not beach towels) and linen are included.
